Excelente anfitriona!

Alles war von Patrico sehr gut organisiert und ich hatte einen sehr guten und einfachen zugang zum apartement. Besonders dankbar war ich Patricio, dass ich nach einer langen anreise bereits einige stunden vor check in einziehen und mich somit etwas erholen konnte. Ich kann das Apartement, die Lage und auch den Gastgeber bestens empfehlen.

Hugely spacious apartment in a great location, right in the heart of Palermo. A lovely patio space too which is hard to come by in a city centre. Sofia was communicative and attentive to all our needs and we would absolutely recommend for a stay in Buenos Aires!

This place was wonderful, clean, and well provisioned. We loved the layout with the double height ceiling and glass wall. It felt incredible safe with the doorman and gate entry system. It was well located in the neighborhood with a grocery store around the corner and nice restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. Ana was also great to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend!

Maria and Tatiana's place was so incredibly wonderful, one of my favorite Airbnbs ever, and I wish that we could have stayed longer. Next visit, we definitely will do so. I particularly have to praise Esteban. He was so gracious, an excellent host. My husband and I could not have asked for more. Esteban was prompt with his responses, very helpful. Our surroundings were private, beautiful, and quiet. We felt very safe! We were in walking distance to the historical center, great restaurants. Don't miss Los Geranios onLa Ronda. We walked everywhere and never had a problem. I highly recommend this place. Oh, we loved the fireplace, the balcony with gorgeous view, the great coffee, and the fantastic service! Estevan was our taxi driver and so very good. We are grateful to Esteban for taking such good care of us!

Franco und Claudia waren hervorragende Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Der Check-in hat reibungslos funktioniert genauso wie der Check-out. Wir durften das Gepäck am Tag der Abreise noch bis am Abend in der Unterkunft lassen. In der Wohnung gibt es eine Mappe mit Informationen zu den wichtigsten Geschäften wie Supermärkte etc.. (dies war für uns sehr hilfreich). Wir würden definitiv die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und selbst auch wiederkommen.

Uma ótima estadia em relação ao custo/benefício. O check-in e checkout foram super tranquilos e o anfitrião foi muito solícito quando requisitado. Parabéns pela acomodação!

A Graziella é uma ótima anfitriã e a comunicação com ela foi excelente, respondendo a todas as dúvidas. O loft é maravilhoso e tem tudo, exatamente como descrito no anúncio. Organizado, seguro, limpo e muito silencioso. A cozinha bem equipada, o chuveiro é ótimo e a cama é muito confortável. Com certeza, quando formos pra São Paulo novamente, voltaremos!

I was very pleased with this apartment loft, the area has lots to offer and much cheaper then staying in Pablado. The host was great and most of the staff was very pleasant. The older gentleman that does late night/ early morning had an attitude but everyone else was great. I would absolutely recommend this host and the loft to friends, family and anyone wanting to be in a nice secure building. thank you so much for having me in your beautiful home. I may return again and this will be my go to location.

Le loft est superbe et remplit d’intentions comme la lessive, les cotons, une carte de bienvenue. la location est idéale pour les restaurants et les bars. Daniel a toujours été réactif et serviable notamment pour l’heure de départ. J’y retournerais avec plaisir.

You can’t beat the price and location of this nice cozy condo. Riomar is a great and safe area. This condo is directly across from a park that I used for my nightly walks and fresh coconuts. The staff and host were always helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! The only mention worthy cons were the chickens which screamed at the crack of dawn everyday and the occasional bugs and lizards. Otherwise great stay and great communication from the hosts. Would definitely stay again 🙏🏽

O Loft é uma graça, recomendo muito. Ele estava limpinho quando chegamos, é bem equipado e os porteiros do prédio nos receberam muito bem. A localização é perfeita, tem tudo perto e é fácil de visitar os cantos mais afastados da cidade e dos arredores também. Tem padaria, farmácia, loja de conveniência, distribuidora de bebidas, restaurantes, botecos, empresa de turismo para passeios de barco e etc. Fora a praia do forte que fica a dois quarteirões de distância! Minha recomendação para outras pessoas é que peguem o ar condicionado em épocas mais quentes, é um valor super justo a mais na diária e o conforto térmico compensa demais. A Sonia é uma ótima anfitriã também, sempre disposta a tirar nossas dúvidas e resolver qualquer problema que apareça. Obrigado, Sonia! Quando voltarmos em Cabo Frio, vamos tentar ficar aí de novo com certeza!

Apartmento muito bem localizado, ideal para quem quer ficar um tempo em São Caetano. Ar, TV, utensílios de cozinha, máquina de lavar, chuveiro e cama, tudo muito bom. Marcos foi muito claro e cordial em suas comunicações. Recomendo e pretendo voltar.

Muy bonito el lugar, excelente ubicación, al frente está el parque del ingenio para ir a hacer ejercicio, los anfitriones muy buenas personas, siempre estaban pendientes, el apartamento es tal cual la foto, muy muy bonito. Estaremos de vuelta pronto!! Gracias ♥️

Excellent place, quiet at night, I slept well. close to transport (Transmilenio) and in a nice area. I will definitely go back when in Bogotá again.

La estadía en el apto de Fran fue hermosa, todo super limpio y ordenado, Fran y Juci fueron muy amables en las indicaciones y al recibirnos, muy recomendable!
