Unbeatable location--just steps away from Andersonville's famous Clark Street! Enjoy the quiet, spacious 1st floor of our classic Chicago 2-flat building with modern touches and free street parking. We live upstairs, maintain the unit ourselves, and are glad to answer questions. You can easily spend your whole stay in Andersonville or explore our iconic city via quick Uber rides or public transportation. ***New sofa in living room and we recently painted the bedrooms. New photos coming soon!***

Andersonville 2 bed with modern kitchen + bath

Hi, we're Mike and Lora. Our beautiful Mission-style three-flat is located about 100 ft. from Clark St. in Andersonville, with great bars, restaurants, and shopping just outside our door. Half a mile east is the Red Line, which gets you right downtown, and just past that is beautiful Foster Beach. We live upstairs and are happy to offer recommendations. We love it here! The apartment was rehabbed in 2019 and features a large kitchen with tons of counter space, in-unit laundry, and queen beds.

We do have a mini golden doodle on site and if you’d like to meet him just reach out and we can make that happen :) he loves meeting our friendly guests! ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT PRIOR TO THEIR RESERVATION. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SIGN THIS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS.

Lovely Apartment on Quaint Block in Andersonville

This private 1-bedroom garden apartment is located on a historical residential block in lovely Andersonville (Lakewood Balmoral) neighborhood. The apartment has one private bedroom with a queen bed, a living room with a door and nice queen sized sleeper-sofa, a kitchen/breakfast area and a bathroom. Located close to the heart of Andersonville/Clark Street, the area provides a fantastic variety restaurants & stores, 15 min walk to the lakefront, and plenty of transportation options.

Enjoy your stay in this private 3-bedroom upper apartment with separate entrances and free street parking available. Three separate bedrooms offer total comfortable sleeping for up to 6. Full eat-in kitchen, comfortable living room, and work space make it easy to work or relax here while enjoying all that Chicago and Andersonville have to offer! Fast WiFi is included along with a nice workspace. The apartment is close to Clark Street and a short walk to CTA bus and Red Line.

Ravenswood Guest House Annex

The Annex is a private apartment in an 100+ year old wood frame home just north of Andersonville. The Annex is a typical Chicago style 'in-law' garden apartment - located on the first floor of the house where we live - it is bright and clean and well appointed with comfortable furniture. (see pictures). It has large windows that look out on our garden and yard. There is easy access to Lake Shore Drive, Evanston and downtown.
