This was an absolutely gorgeous place in the middle of Old City! Perfect to walk to multiple bars and restaurants. Dylan & Suzanne were incredible hosts and were on top of the communication. I would highly recommend this place for a fun weekend in Knoxville!

Good location and respond quick when needed assistance

The property was in a perfect location with beautiful views. It had enough there to keep us entertained without having to venture out, but was still close enough to everything when we did want to take in the local area.

I felt like I was right at home

Lovely space for a two person getaway. The lodge contains multiple units, but noise was never an issue and there were plenty of parking spaces. The Nuthouse is up a short indoor flight of stairs and was easy to find. The views were beautiful. Shower pressure is very important to me—here it was fabulous. Highly recommend!

Amy’s place was perfect in every way! Exactly as it looks from the pictures, quiet, and close by to LMU and Cumberland Gap. We would definitely stay here every time we come for a visit!!

Beautiful cabin. Upgraded furnishings. Loved the outside fireplace. The golf/dart/bowling game was a huge hit. We also enjoyed the pinball machine and arcade games. The swimming pool and hot tub were a nice addition. Nice movie room to kick back and watch a movie. Loved everything about our stay.

We loved our stay in a super clean and quiet home. The place was exactly as described and the neighborhood was quiet. Will definitely return!

James cabin/ house is very cute. We had a pleasant stay and we had everything we needed. James was kind to prepare everything for our dog even if we didn’t come with us as planned. The only thing i would turn off the outdoor lights on the roof by 11 pm maybe, very disturbing for a dark sleeper like me. Otherweise i will certainly consider booking again with James.!

This home is a very peaceful place to stay on a quiet street with excellent views. The yard is really great if you have a dog. Very large and fully fenced. The screened porch with a view of the lake and mountains was a huge bonus. We even discovered a surprise room under the house that has a ping pong table! This is a very convenient location, and we would definitely stay again.

We had a very relaxing stay. Enjoyed the covered porch and views the most. Didn’t get a chance to use the jacuzzi or fish, we were busy with family events in Sweetwater, Madisonville and Hiwassee River Wedding venue. Would return again and next time just stay put at the lake. Had all the comforts of home.

Everything went super well! We’ve stayed in other places in Pigeon Forge, but they’re hilly or have a lot of stairs. It was so nice to be able to park and head directly inside! Especially with our kids!

We had such a great stay! Very clean, well maintained home that is close to all the amazing restaurants and breweries that South Knoxville/Downtown has to offer. The hosts were super responsive and kind. Would stay here again!

The condo was so charming and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect. We walked to campus and to market square. We will definitely stay again when visiting our boys at UTK.
