Stoney Haven is just 2 1/2 miles from Hardin Valley Rd. where you will find eating places, unique stores, and Pellissippi State Community College. If you are into major shopping, Turkey Creek is only 8.4 miles away. 3 1/2 miles away is the Univ. of TN Arboretum. There you will find unique plants and trails.

Downtown Knoxville is a GREAT place to roam, day or night and you are within about 5-8 minutes by car.

This newly updated 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment is about 12 minutes from downtown/UT and is equipped with 2 double beds and a futon, which sleeps 5 comfortably. There is 1 TV in the bedroom and 1 in the livingroom, which can also be watched from the stools at kitchen-bar area. This apartment is very basic but very well equipped and we sure you will have a nice a cozy stay. Shopping, grocery store, gas stations, restaurants, park with trails and a laundromat are only a few miles away.
