No Cleaning Fee. We are located on Lake Hartwell. Our goal is to keep our prices down so that families and those on a budget can enjoy relaxing on the lake for a good price. We do have a dock and we can help you locate boat rentals if you are interested. We offer kayaks and paddleboards free of charge. 20 minutes from Clemson and 7 from Green Pond Landing. Great for fishermen and students also! Come relax at the bonfire pit and grill up a great dinner!

We recently purchased this gorgeous home on Lake Hartwell, in a secluded cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood (6 miles to Clemson..ALL BACKROADS) You will have the entire bottom floor with separate entrance . Enjoy beautiful lake views on the covered porch or from our dock. A Private Neighborhood Boat ramp is 25 feet from our home. Bring your boat, use our dock, space for multiple trailers. Driveway parking. Dogs Welcome! ($25 pet fee/entire stay)

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis nestled in a quiet, and beautiful downtown neighborhood. The location offers easy access to all Clemson has to offer while providing a quiet and pleasant stay in a lovely area. This private studio is connected to the main house but you will not share the space with others - it will be all yours. You have your own entrance and small private courtyard/patio to enjoy the weather outside. .

Haven on the Lake-Entire downstairs, near Clemson

Beautiful setting on Lake Hartwell. Guests will have the entire downstairs which includes 2 bedrooms, bar area and entertainment area. Guests may bring their boat and dock it. There is plenty of room for trailer parking on premise and the boat ramp is less than 1/4 mile from house. Stay includes 2 hand thrown coffee mugs made by Purple Unicorn Pottery. Please note upstairs is private residence, hosts live there.
