We can only really agree 100% with all the other very positive reviews here of Jon-Paul's apartment. It's a very comfortable apartment, a family home, so not sterile like some corporate places and very well equipped (good TV, Alexa, air-con, very nice quiet washing machine etc). As every review states, the terrace is amazing, if the sun is out you will get it! Jon-Paul's communication was exceptional throughout and the location of the apartment means you are literally 2 mins from the train station and the supermarket and 5 mins from the Paseo and the beach. The only issue we had was when the power went down in the whole of Spain and Portugal but we can't really hold Jon-Paul responsible for that! We have stayed in approx 20 apartments in the Los Boliches/Torreblanca area over the last 10 years or so and Jon-Paul's is probably the one we would be most likely to try to book again. Recommended!

Fantastic central location making it ideal for exploring the city. Peaceful terrace with views of the Alhambra. Welll equipped apartment. Would book again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Juan’s place and he was a phenomenal host! The location was great, close to the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby! Juan was extremely friendly, gave us plenty of recommendations and was very responsive! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended ❤️

Lola was an excellent host. Although the front door lock was a little confusing (need to keep twisting and twisting), the apartment was well kitted out, and the sofa bed was very large and comfortable! The location is convenient to the Airport and convention centre, but not to the city centre, but that is not Lolas fault. The area has some excellent restaurants that Lola recommended, but there was also quite a bit of construction at the time of my stay (again outside of Lola’s control. 5 stars!

Bel appartement dans un quartier piétonnier. Propre, spacieux et bien équipé. Difficulté à trouver des places de stationnement et pas de places gratuites, il faut aller donner de l'argent au parcmètre toutes les 2h dommage

Apartamento muy acogedor y tranquilo a distancia andando de puerto Banus y al lado de la playa. Muy bien equipado. Plaza de parking incluida para evitar dejarlo en la calle. Paola siempre atenta y con instrucciones claras. Sitio para volver otra vez.

This is a pretty little apartment within a beautiful private setting. It is in a secure gated development with lots of good restaurants nearby. Positioned on a hill allows for amazing views and sunsets but it might be a bit steep for anyone with mobility issues. This apartment provides privacy and tranquility.

Walking into the apartment the first thing you see is the fantastic view of the beach ,sea and Cadiz in the distance. Everything is new and super clean. We were very comfortable. We were very happy with the location. It is near to lots of bars and restaurants. A supermarket is a few minutes away too. We could walk into Cadiz or catch a bus just outside.

Appartment was just as advertised, very clean and we received the access codes on the day of arrival.

Location is excellent. We clarified later that breakfast is not complimentary. Juan is very nice and got us taxis when we needed.

Di gran lunga il miglior posto durante il nostro giro itinerante in Andalusia. Appartamento molto spazioso e nuovo. Rispetta gli standard di un hotel di ottima qualità più che di un semplice appartamento su Airbnb. Se potete, chiedete gli appartamenti dal primo piano in su. Noi eravamo al piano 0 e letteralmente affacciavamo sulla strada (che era comunque molto tranquilla e gli infissi non facevamo passare nessun rumore però c’era pochissima luce ed era meglio non aprire le finestre perché ti trovavi le persone quasi dentro la stanza )

Llegamos muy de repente y nos aceptaron sin problemas. Miriam estuvo muy amable en todo momento. La que nos atendió en el lugar fue Nani, que nos cuidó como si fuéramos familia. Estaba todo preparados y perfecto para alojarnos. Nos recomendó lugares para visitar y bañarnos. La acompañamos en una caminata por lugares muy bonitos y con unas vistas increíbles. Hay una zona preciosa para ver puestas de sol impresionantes. El apartamento tiene lo necesario para una buena estancia, además de ser muy bonito y estar muy bien cuidado. Si vuelvo por la Sierra del Segura, intentaré alojarme en casa de Miriam. Un pueblo super tranquilo y unos vecinos muy amables.

Excellent lieu pour un séjour à Séville. Les photos et commentaires correspondent vraiment. Lits très confortables, cuisine tb équipée, calme ++ ons y sent bien. L hôte à été très réactif avant et pendant le séjour, bravo ; Indications sur restaurants et bars à proximité etc... Hé recommande et je reviendrai

una persona muy, agradable,cercana, atenta y pendiente en todo momento si necesitas algo. fue una experiencia inmejorable y recomendable 100%. muy buena persona, me reí mucho con él y un superanfitrión. a very nice person, close, attentive at all times if you need something. It was an amazing experience and 100% recommended. very good person, I laughed a lot with him and a "super host". (my english is regular) 😉

La explicación del anfitrión siempre clara y concisa. Habitación limpia y ordenada. Muy buena seguridad, cerraduras de seguridad en la puerta principal y de la habitación.

Rory is een super gastheer. de accomodatie is gewoon prima. alles aanwezig, grote keuken en een super leuk ingerichte bar en groot terras. hij is momenteel aan het renoveren, maar weet zeker dat straks de kamers er nog beter uit gaan zien. je voelt je er prima thuis en zeker een bezoek waard. vera ligt mooi centraal en je hebt een prima uitvalbasis naar de prachtige stranden en leuke plaatsjes zoals villaricos (zondagmarkt) , garrucha (vrijdagmarkt) en mojacar vele chirinquitos met met name in weekend live muziek. verder alquilas en san juan de terreros de moeite waard om te bezoeken.

I was very happy to stay with Candida as the room was very large and had a desk and chair where I could do my work. It is also a quiet flat. For the tourists: one is quick everywhere one needs to go, be it the beach, gym or supermarket.

Rory is een zeer gastvrije man die zijn woning helemaal ter beschikking stelt! Zeer correct en hulpvaardig! Ook een gezellig en sociaal persoonlijkheid waar hel leuk kletsen mee is. Het zijn in iemands huis is een kwestie van vertrouwen, en dat gevoel geeft hij je zeker. Een lekker drankje kon je zelf bij de(honest bar) zelf pakken, voor een klein prijsje. De kamer waar we sliepen was schoon en netjes, bed sliep heerlijk. Badkamer en toilet schoon en netjes. Thee koffie was er ook voor gebruik. Kortom, in ons korte verblijf 2 nachten was het meer dan de moeite waard, ook prijstechnisch gezien. We kijken echt terug op een fijn verblijf en op en niet te vergeten ontmoeting met een mooi mens👍 (en het welkomsdrankje is een aanrader!)

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Wohnung. Sie hat einen ungewöhnlichen, aber bequemen Schnitt. Und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Komplette Küche ink. Spülmaschine, Ofen und großem Kühlschrank vorhanden. Der Besitzer ist ein sehr netter ruhiger Mensch. Bei uns hat alles super gepasst. Wir würden wieder dort mieten.

Great location very close to metro in a local part of Triana. Check-in was a breeze, Carmelo was very thorough with communication. The building was quiet and comfortable, next to a grocery store. Access to laundry in the apartment was a nice thing to have. This place is a great option for one person visiting Seville. I would definitely stay here if I visit Seville again in the future. Highly recommend for solo travelers to Seville.
