Emma's place was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of room for all of us - including our 2 big dogs! The decor is lovely, just like the pictures, but free from clutter, which I appreciated. The kitchen had every item we needed to make our meals. The sauna and cold soak tub were a very appreciated bonus! The neighborhood is very peaceful, and felt safe for walking our dogs. Most importantly was how kind, gracious, and communicative Emma was. She allowed us to check in early, which helped us immensely, and answered any questions we had quickly. I would definitely recommend this rental to others.

Our stay was an amazing escape and exactly what we needed to get away and relax and even look for a home of our own in the area. Allison was an amazing host going above and beyond with everything from early and late check ins, providing additional info for the area, and generally caring about your stay at her property. She was extremely accommodating and responsive. We absolutely will be back when our house hunt continues or we want to get away again.

We loved our stay in Snohomish! The house is very cozy and clean. The kitchen had everything we could need and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful place and Perch is a gracious host. We loved the "welcome" touches, from tasty cookies, to an array of coffees. The location is excellent too!

Our family is local to the area but we just wanted an escape from our day to day routine. Ana’s home was exactly what we needed to recoup and reconnect as a family. It was winter but some of us still got to enjoy the lake, hot tub, and sauna. We decided to extend our stay by one night and Ana was extremely helpful in make the accommodations work. The home and location is beautiful and a place we are excited to plan another trip to hopefully in the very near future. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

House was advertised, plenty of space and lots of things to do at the house. Kori as a host was great to work with and available the entire visit. Wonderful visit.

Really enjoyed our stay. Peaceful cabin, very clean, lots of open space. Plenty of relaxing space on balcony and patio. Beach close by that is maybe 15 min walk. Would recommend.

My friends and I ADORED this Air BnB. A beautiful home in a beautiful Seattle neighborhood. It was a very functional and fun space to host a weekend away—kitchen well equipped for cooking, plenty of beds, great outdoor space. This home was absolutely stunning! The views of the bay were breathtaking — we could have sat and watched the water for hours. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The shower was also amazing — spacious, with great water pressure, and the perfect way to unwind after a long day. Everything about this stay felt peaceful and luxurious. We can’t wait to come back!

Booked the house for a girls getaway weekend. Perfect spot for five adults - comfortable beds and very quiet. Loved the view and direct access to the water. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. It was fun to walk over to the ferry and go over for dinner at the Beach Store Cafe (very good!).

This property is outstanding for any couple or small family. It is so well appointed with every detail thought of. We only needed to do some light staple shopping and the rest was there. So many kitchen amenities, conveniences, wonderful linens, cleaners and detergents all there. The laundry access was great. We went home with all clean clothes. They left us wine and snacks which we didn't consume, but it was a nice offering. The TV is Roku with many apps avaliable. I suggest you bring your streaming service logins with you, if you don't have them memorized. All apps are avaliable with your own logins. I will only caution those with kids. The house is on a busy street. Supervised play in the front yard is a must. There is really no backyard to speak of. The house is beautiful, clean, has all the comforts of home. You can stay here with all confidence that it will be a great experience. Can't recommend it enough. Tal and Ernest really know how to host.

Awesome space for a large group of people. Spacious living room and large dining table allowed us all to be together. Separate sleeping locations allowed sub-groups privacy from the main group. Host was communicative and flexible.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The home was perfect for our weekend getaway: cozy, well-equipped with everything we needed, and located in a peaceful, quaint area. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub and exploring nearby walks and beaches. Mitzi was super friendly and responsive—highly recommend!

Annika’s home was beautiful - a true sanctuary. The access to the beach at low tide was a blast for our kids and we were treated to beautiful sunsets every night and even had an eagle perch on a branch outside to have its dinner. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable with lots of games and toys for the kids. Our kids are already asking when we can return.

A nice little get away as a family to enjoy the things we love - beach, water, and nature! Kirsten’s place offered all three and more! Cozy, comfortable, and clean! Enjoy every minute we were there!

We had a birthday celebration during our stay and everyone fit very comfortably. We cooked together and had ample room to play fishbowl in the living room. The sunsets are amazing! The property had a walking path and was well groomed. The front yard was completely fenced in so our pups were safe to hang out. It is a great location - close to the grocery store any other amenities you need as well as recreational activities . We will definitely stay there again when we visit the PNW again.

This is a lovely, well-maintained property in an incredibly beautiful setting, just minutes from Hurricane Ridge and sitting on a bluff overlooking the Stait of Juan de Fuca. It's a great basecamp for anything you could want to do on the Olympic Peninsula. The property was as-described--beautifully built, clean, and spacious. Loved the sauna and cold plunge. Plenty of privacy even with multiple units on the property. The kitchen is well-equipped so you can cook up a storm here if you like. Highly recommended for stays long or short.
