Right in the heart of Ikoyi, the place is within reach of all the top places in Lagos, the property itself is beautiful, well kept and in a lovely gated environment, this place is a steal for the price it's going for plus Ikenna and Eni were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommends

The location was really cool, private small estate with great amenities. Everything worked out well, even though somethings were not perfect but my overall experience was good. Tope was also of great assistance to me, he was always responsive when needed. I would definitely recommend the place even though I still think it's on the pricy side. One last thing, i was told the swimming and gym was no longer open to guest due to some recent changes, aside from that, everything seems okay.

Perfect stay! The location is central and close to everything, yet still offers a serene and secure environment surrounded by greenery. The estate is perfect for taking peaceful walks and the apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with stunning art pieces, adding a unique charm. The host was incredibly responsive, flexible and attentive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for peace and tranquility.

After being a big skeptic of Airbnb for years, I was very reluctant to even consider it on a visit to Nigeria. However, my experience with Cynthia has changed my view completely. The apartment is exactly as shown in the picture...clean, warm and cheerful. All that I needed for my short stay (24hr power, cable TV, internet etc) were available. I appreciate that she was super responsive to my messages and that her property manager made every effort to make my stay very comfortable. I’m totally sold and would recommend her place without reservation.

Mr. Eedris responded to all of our inquiries very quickly! In fact, almost immediately. He is flexible as we had a need to check in early and check out later, and he accommodated those needs! The location was very easy to locate for our guests! The amount we paid for the stay at Mr. Eedris’s property was absolutely worth it!!! We will be staying there again when we have a need for a place in the area! And, this property is very highly recommended! We had a very successful event at this property! Vivian was a great host. The space was cozy, regularly cleaned, centrally located, and felt very secure. As expected with Lagos, there were a few minor hiccups, but Vivian was quick to address and resolve them. We experienced some issues with shower pressure and drainage, but thanks to Vivian’s excellent communication, at all hours, these were resolved promptly. Her home comfortably accommodated eight guests, two cars, and multiple requests for guest access codes. Also, shoutout to Caesar!

I recently stayed at The Bostan Apartment and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The apartment is conveniently located in a safe neighborhood, Check-in was smooth, The apartment was clean and well-furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The Host was very responsive I’ll definitely stay again.

Lovely modern unit. I loved my stay here. I like that it was in a gated, secured estate with guards. It's right in the heart of Lekki 1. It was easy to get to the main road, restaurants and other places I will look to rent this place out again in the future.
