Op slechts 15 minuten vanaf het centrum van Amsterdam, en op een steenworp afstand van het pittoreske Broek in Waterland, ligt mijn woonark. Om het erf te bereiken maak je gebruik van een klein pontje, om zo de Broekervaart over te steken. Het pontje is overigens privébezit, en wordt alleen door mijn gasten gebruikt.

Stylish houseboat for 2

Gorgeous houseboat moored on historic canal. The B&B is 60 m2, with ample living space, an open kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom. Outside is a large deck. Perfect for a couple, not for guests who have trouble with steep stairs The boat is called “Musard” and was built in 1922 in Rouen, France. We live in the rear end of the boat and our guests stay in the front. Older reviews are of the same location, but we used to rent out the total boat! Now the space fits 2 guests, not more.

Achter ons huis staat De Schuur, een romantisch, sfeervol en uniek gastenverblijf, voorzien van alle gemakken zodat je heerlijk tot rust kunt komen en je je geniet modus aan kunt zetten. Geniet lekker van de jacuzzi en sauna op de veranda. Er is een gas bbq aanwezig en een heerlijke buitenhaard. ( BBQ en buitenhaard tegen betaling ) De bakker met verse broodjes is op loopafstand. Kasteel Sypesteyn ligt aan de overkant van de weg. Amsterdam en Utrecht +/-20 min.

A train station nearby allows access beyond Amsterdam. Free parking, wifi, cable, tea & coffee. Suite is deep cleaned & disinfected after every stay.

Het staat vrij, heeft een eigen terras met tuin en privé parkeerplaats. Dichtbij is veel cultuur, natuur, strand en Amsterdam. Voor 12,50 EUR p.p.p.d. maken wij een lekker ontbijt voor je. Heerlijk huis met tuin vlakbij Amsterdam

In het oude centrum van karakteristiek en unique Broek in Waterland in een in 2017 opnieuw gebouwde schuur achter de boerderij. Geheel eigen woning met toegang (zelf in-check). Split-level met privé tuin. Beneden (24 m2) is de woonkamer met bank, mini keuken, eethoek en aparte badkamer en wc. Op de vide is de slaapkamer met 2-persoons bed, genoeg kastruimte, hang en leg. Wifi aanwezig. Er zijn twee fietsen (Veloretti) te huur, 10,- per fiets per dag.

To enjoy Amsterdam while staying on a floating houseboat, will surely be something hard to forget! The location of the houseboat is quiet, visually spacious thanks to the harbor and river, but it's also very Central. Amsterdam Central Station is 13 to 15 minutes walking or (4 min by bus). Also the famous "Jordaan" area is right on walking distance. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the boat.and yes you have your own shower and toilet
