The area is two bedrooms plus a private bathroom and lounge area on the ground floor of our very quiet house which overlooks the bay. You have exclusive use of a large undercover patio with BBQ , which overlooks the garden. You also have 2 TV's, microwave, toaster, hot plates and jug. It is an ideal spot for walking along the foreshore. We are 15 mins walk from the train and 10 mins from the shops .(we do pick up and drop to train). We will do everything possible to make your stay a happy one.

Includes private jetty, large deck with big views to Karragarra, Lamb & North Stradbroke Islands, as well as complimentary kayaks (bring your own life jackets), for guest use. An ideal location for a romantic getaway, exploring the Southern Moreton Bay Isles, or aquatic activities. Dugong Place is a genuine retreat and home away from home.

This private apartment like space has just been totally renovated and has a private entry with direct access to the pool and plenty of balcony space overlooking the marinas of Manly. Any closer to the waterfront and you'd be swimming. It's fully fitted out for a longer term stay if required. The Manly Village centre is very close but far enough away to be out of earshot. Walking to the centre is via the harbour wall, a peaceful stroll with yachts and power boats less than 50 metres away.
