From the very first contact in October to our arrival in April, communicating with Dario was exceptional. Everything was "Top Notch" throughout the entire process, making our planning and stay smooth and enjoyable. The property was pretty much as described in the listing. It offers plenty of room for a family that needs space or for those planning a family gathering. The home met our needs and expectations over a 3-day stay for a family wedding in the Brackettville/Ft. Clark Springs area.

Very accommodating and easy to communicate with. She is trying hard to make it a pleasant stay. She is remodeling it when we stayed there, but it was clean and comfortable. Air conditioner kept the house very comfortable. The new appliances in the kitchen is a nice touch. Real privacy also.

Nora and Raul's place was great. The place was peaceful and well-lit at night. The birds you can see were gorgeous. The place is surrounded by trees, and it is beautiful. You can see deer from your door. The river had fish in it, and it was clean and clear. The cabin was perfect, and Nora and Raul had all sorts of games for families to play and stay entertained. I did have a reception and internet connection the whole time. I have T-Mobile.

The house was nice and there were lots of beds. My husband works out of town and he said he loved the beds and the blankets lol he was like they are definitely good Fabric. Over all his stay was peaceful. Will definitely book again.

This place is great for a getaway and many things to do. Ashley is a great host! She had very good communication, the cabin was very clean! Me and my girlfriend had a great time out there! I would one hundred percent recommend this place and will be returning soon!

Fantastic trip with a Fantastic Host. Made things super easy for us! Everything was clean, large space, and was exactly like the pictures. You aren't just paying for the lodging, you are paying for the location on the river as well. We hardly saw anyone on either day we were there. So you are paying for a bunkhouse, gorgeous scenery, and solitude. Well worth it! We will be back!

We had a great stay! I’d say the place was nicer in person than the pictures and very clean! The stream in the back was smaller than I expected we didn’t spend much time there but the blue hole was very beautiful.

Everything was beautiful and clean. And very comfortable! The tub worked great— we were worried about it because we’ve had other Airbnb’s not have tubs at work and we have little ones. There was a strange thing that happened: there were a bunch of random chicken nuggets left out on the back porch right when we stepped out, as well as the back fence being propped open as if someone came and ate chicken on her back stoop. Very strange! We informed the host since we were worried a bit about a break in since the back door was also left a jar.
