Contemporary Living in the Historic Fan District

Built in 1911, this spacious home has been renovated to blend contemporary design and traditional architecture. Notice the bold feature walls and expressive artwork and head to the patio to enjoy a drink while cooking with the BBQ. The house features three bedrooms, two full baths, updated kitchen and basement with a washer / dryer, as well as a large front porch and backyard that features a outdoor TV, grill and table and chairs for six. Fully stocked kitchen features everything you'd need to cook. Super fast fios internet, Sonos sound system througout the house, 60 inch TV with AppleTV in family room, 60 inch TV w/AppleTV outside. The house is mere blocks from great restaurants like Kuba Kuba, Joe's Inn (my favorite) and Flora - just to name a few. Best coffee in town can be found at Lamplighter (5 blocks) and the best drinks are at Heritgage (2 blocks). About a 15 minute walked to The VMFA, Carytown shopping and The Museum District. Guests have full access to the house. I'm happy to assist you throughout your stay if you have any questions. Call or text. The Fan District is a superb location with tree-lined streets and historic homes. Head to the unique boutique shops, try some local cuisine in an independently-owned restaurant, and have fun exploring the Museum District. Walking or biking are your best bet. Everything is close and there's a bikeshare just down the street. Easy to use and lots of places to return.

There’s 2 primary suites with private baths. 4 bedrooms total: 2 king beds and 2 queens: all gel memory foam and each room has a smart tv! Come hang out in the private, shaded backyard or the breezy screened in porch! 5 min to the very popular Forest Hill Park & James River. 10 min to Downtown, Carytown, The Fan, Museum District, Church Hill, breweries - great proximity to everything Richmond has to offer!

Charming 4 bedroom house with outdoor dining and fenced yard.

Have fun with the whole family at our stylish home! Our house on the corner is in the heart of the historic Northside neighborhood. We are minutes from everything in Richmond. 4 br 2 bth house with dedicated dog den, fenced backyard, and outdoor dining. Our house will sleep up to 8 people and has 5 beds. Our urban retreat is ideal for large groups. We have premium mattresses, high thread count sheets, and multiple types of pillows, to ensure the best night's sleep. *No checkout tasks.

The Cottage on Bernard's Creek

Enjoy the whole house, 3 bedroom, plus junior suite, 2 bath home on 9 acres located on Bernard's Creek. This 2000 sq ft home has been tastefully furnished with updated amenities, and antique furnishings. Seven guests will look forward to experiencing this home that's located in a private setting yet less than 5 minutes to local restaurants and quick access to interstate 288. Guests love the screened porch for relaxing and dining, plus an outdoor fire pit for sunsets and evening gatherings.

The Whitewood House - One of best RIC Airbnb’s!!!

3BR and 2 full bathroom house, 1 recently fully updated. The very spacious house has many features include an over-sized dining room with long table, seating for 8-10. A large gleaming kitchen with table and island with plenty of room for cooking/entertaining. Relax in the living room upstairs with TV or even go down to the massive downstairs entertainment featuring a pool table, movie theater area, kitchen/bar area. Yard and driveway areas are great for spending time outside with family!

Ginger's House.

Awesome ranch style home. Everything is on one level. You will have the entire 1300 sf space to yourself. All new flooring, paint, kitchen and furnishings. It has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bedroom has full bunkbeds and the other two feature queen size beds. There is a light and bright florida room with a comfy chair and small four person table. Great for having coffee or putting together a puzzle. We've added gas logs in the living room! Cozy!
