This 2,000 square foot villa is located in a secure private subdivision just minutes from town and all amenities. Just a short walk to several restaurants and bars. The villa sits right on the water with spectacular sunsets view and the peacefulness of the water. The villa is a fully equipped home with all appliances including washer and dryer, cable t.v., internet and fishing right off your deck! There is a huge rooftop space ideal for sun worshippers looking to soak up some rays as well.

Lovely beach villa for adult get-away! (no kids <12) Modern bright & airy w/ 360 OCEAN VIEWS, rooftop dining & great outdoor shower. Sandy wading beach (no seawall) w/ overwater hammocks across the road. Good wifi. 4.5 miles south of town, dirt road can be bumpy. Bedrooms connect outside only as 2 units up & down; both have water views, private decks, bathroom & sitting area. Full kitchen & LR upstairs. Paddleboard onsite. Restaurant-Bar next door. Resort pool use free w/ drink purchase.
