This first floor unit has 9' ceilings, exposed wood beams, full kitchen and a covered veranda with a spectacular view of the ocean, beach, pool and bar! We have four star resort towels, linens, quiet AC and mattresses that guests rave about! It is only a ten minute walk to downtown! Relax in the pool or have some cocktails at the bar. Most resorts need a golf cart to get around; optional here! Ocean view, beach front & walk downtown "location, location, location" this is The Palapa House!

This 2,000 square foot villa is located in a secure private subdivision just minutes from town and all amenities. Just a short walk to several restaurants and bars. The villa sits right on the water with spectacular sunsets view and the peacefulness of the water. The villa is a fully equipped home with all appliances including washer and dryer, cable t.v., internet and fishing right off your deck! OASI Apartment Rentals Apt #1

OASI is a top rated apartment rental facility with four furnished apartments with equipped kitchen, independent bathroom, ceiling fan and A/C, free Wi-fi, one queen size bed and a sofa futon, independent verandah with chairs and hammocks. We care about environment and we add 12 solar panels to provide solar energy in all the property. We also have a rain water vat to have access to rain water when rain season is in with a shift to city water when no rain. We use only bio detergents.

*Picololo North Studio Apartment

One of two studio apartments that are located on the lower level of our home. Spacious and cool, situated on our tree-filled property in a residential area of Caye Caulker. Each unit has a full kitchen, A/C, fans, hammock, wifi, queen size bed, futon, unlimited drinking water, and BIKES! BBQ grill & picnic tables in the yard which is shared with us and any other guests. We have five rentals on our property. We live on site with our two daughters, two dogs, and two cats.

Conveniently located in the Boca Del Rio section of San Pedro Town where you can drive your golf cart up to the condo from the beach. New furniture added May 2017. Famous restaurants and bars, grocery stores and other services are within a short walk. Beach is about 20 steps from front door and pool is in front. There is an manager locally to help with all needs. Security is on site in the evenings.

Great Cabana sleeps 4 with pool - Lizard

This comfortable cabana was built with Belizean hardwoods. Kitchen is fully equipped so enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast by the pool. Each cabana has A/C in the queen size bedrooms and a futon for your extra guest. The cabana is located in a great spot on the island which is quiet and a short walk to island activities.

Velento Rentals Management: Beautiful water front home with a private pool shared with the guests only staying in our four homes, beach and dock access too. This upstairs home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and an incredible private sea view deck.
