It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas. The loft it's in city center, located in one of Lisbon's seven hills between Bairro Alto and the charming neighborhood Principe Real and Liberty Avenue, near the shopping district Chiado. Surrounded by restaurants, coffeeshops, bars, theaters, museums, art galeries and viewpoints it's also at 5 to 10 minutes walking of metro station, train stations to the Sintra and Cascais. Like almost old buildings, there is no lift and being the 3rd floor it is not advisable for people with reduced mobility.
