Almost Heaven is as apt a description as I have seen. Nestled in the pines, it was an adventure in glamping elevated to an extreme level. The wooden cabin was so comfortable with every amenity considered. The hot tub was a wonderful luxury after a long day hiking in the NRGNP. (We literally walked to the Endless Wall trailhead.) There was a firepit and wood readily available. We were greeted at check-in by Gary and Julie for a friendly, comprehensive walk through. Julie's cinnamon bread was waiting for us and sustained us for the majority of the visit. Fresh eggs, gifted to us by their chickens, were delicious. Please stay here. Your joy in doing so will make the world a better place.

We loved our stay!! It was peaceful, relaxing, and just what we needed. I suggest this place to anyone. I will say it is like glamping, the bathroom is an outhouse and not attached to the house, but it's right beside it. The bath house is walking distance and is at the end of the hill with the party barn and hot tub. We love everything about it. Overall, we loved our stay and we will be staying again!!! The host are very friendly and quick to respond to all needs. Book this place!!!

My wife and I had a wonderful Valentine’s Day weekend get away at Rustic Ravines. Directions were really great took us right to the place. It’s was beautifully tucked away in the woods and very well maintained. The cabin was clean, beautiful and very private. We had a wonderful stay and especially enjoyed the hot tub! When we left Joe went above and beyond. Big thunderstorms caused flooding blocking us in and Joe went out of his way to find someone that escorted us and someone else out and helped us get home safely. All in all this was a wonderful experience and we certainly would come back again! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed returning to stay at Kristi's place. It is a wonderful location and convenient to a community event I attended at the Fayetteville 4-H Park. Also a great location for accessing trails and hiking in the New River Gorge National Park. We loved the hot tub!

The cabin was very clean and comfortably fit the four of us! I was pleasantly surprised when showing up because it was much nicer than the pics showed! We will be back and are super thankful for the memory my family has of our time there!

Very thoughtful host. Bottles water in fridge and welcome snacks. Stocked medicine cabinet with band aids in case they were needed. Plenty of towels . Clear instructions. Enjoyed our stay!

The cabin is perfect with many unexpected extras to make staying there a great experience. The only thing that could have added to our days would have been walking trails. other than that the experience was top notch.

This cabin was a perfect launch pad for our family weekend in WV--it's very close to everything. Country Road Cabins is a well-run and organized business. They have anticipated all of their guests needs. Communication is perfect--all expectations and amenities clearly spelled out; there is a binder in the cabin with restaurant and activity suggestions as well as hiking maps. In the past, we have stayed in places where the hot tub was not clean. Here, they clean after each guest and provide extra chlorine tablets. They are very responsive to any requests or issues you might have. Highly recommend this cabin!

We felt right at home from the minute we arrived! The space was clean and cozy and the kitchen was stocked amazingly. We like to cook on our vacations and we had everything we needed available to use including oils and spices. The hosts were SUPER responsive and nice. The beds, although a bit squeeky, were comfy. The bedrooms are REALLY small though, the beds take almost almost all of the space in the non-master bedrooms, we had to leave our luggage in the office area. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, we felt safe here in this "cabin" and wal-mart was close by.

The location was super quiet and beautiful. I saw deer just outside the property. As for the house it was clean and tidy. I liked that there were recommendations one where to eat. My favorites were cathedral Cafe and iron wood. There are two entrances to the house. You can access the upstairs via the ladder or a set of stairs outside. Thank you!

This was our second stay at Jeremy's Cabin, and we couldn't be happier! The location strikes the perfect balance—close enough to town for convenience, yet far enough away to feel like you're truly off the grid. The sound of the running creek adds an extra touch of tranquility that we absolutely love. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and would highly recommend this lovely cabin to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway!

My friends and I rented this property as a getaway for the 1 year anniversary of the loss of my friend's partner. This rental was truly lovely and relaxing. We found the property very clean and the beds/couches were comfortable. It was very private and we loved getting to use the ATVs. It's hard to be sad when you're ATVing and hot tubbing with your best friends. The property was also very close to many of the Mothman attractions we came to town for. We would definitely stay again. And Spooky the cat was so friendly. We are a bunch of animal-lovers, so he was a welcome friend during our stay.

This place was a grand slam for our family ! Checked all the boxes. Our kids had a blast playing in the little brook that runs through the property and the freedom of the large yard. Darrell has it setup perfectly for bbq on nice covered porch relaxing in the mountain air . Not to mention riding to the trail system from there made it easier than we could have imagined. Thank you for having us.

Victor was very responsive, and understanding. It’s quaint and quiet. Absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

10/10 would stay here again. Karrie was SO accommodating and nice! The place was just what we needed for my birthday riding trip! We will definitely be back.

I'm very glad we found Susan's place for our visit! It was a close drive to hikes at the national park and amenities in town, but felt quiet and nestled away on its own. We loved relaxing in the cozy seating on the large, covered back porch in the mornings and evenings. The living room was also very stylish, cozy, and unique. This is definitely not one of those barely furnished cookie-cutter rentals you see sometimes! It has personality, character, and comfort. Susan also provided detailed instructions on how to check in and what to do when checking out.

Neat little spot, it's cheap and it does the job if your wanting to go ride rock house trail system. cool experience. next to creek and train, and the bridge is neat as well. seemed pretty secure to us. we stayed 3 nights. locked our bikes up like always but not really sure if we needed To. I'd stay here again. right in Man, close to stores, restaurants even a couple car washes around to wash your machines.

We loved our stay in the cabin. It was so peaceful. We got visits from deer every evening & shows from the lightning bugs every night. We enjoyed eating our meals on the screened in patio. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax before bed. The twin beds were not very comfortable (& they were also really squeaky). The other beds were fine, though. If you’re terrified of bugs & spiders, this probably isn’t the place for you. They weren’t excessive, but they were regularly visible. Mostly daddy long legs, nothing too scary.

This place was perfect! It was far enough off the grid providing peace and quiet and soothing nature. We loved this place! It was beautiful inside, clean and user easy. We had no issues. There was even cooking oil and spices in the cabinet and coffee every day. The linens were fresh and clean. The house was tidy and spotless! The decks were amazing and we spent a great deal of family time on the front porch or playing games on the kitchen table. I would give this place 4 out of 4 stars! Just awesome!!!

Great place to stay at to ride the trails! Cheechs right across the the street for burgers, pizza and ice cream! Our host was awesome! He picked up our Hatfield McCoy passes for us and even came and chatted with us at Cheechs while we were waiting on our orders Great job Sir and will definitely see you another time

I had an amazing stay! Gary was very responsive to messages and very friendly. The cabin was beautiful and in a very peaceful location! Very clean and well maintained! I would definitely stay here again!
