Guest suite in Calpe amazing view Maryvilla

Our villa in Calpe with 2 independent levels of which the ground floor (70 M2) is rented out to tourists (nothing is shared with others) is located on the mountainside of the Maryvilla District on a 910 m2 plot. It is situated along the idyllic coastline of Calpe with its famous rock “the Peňon Ifach” and close by its old city center (2,5-3 km.) with shops, restaurants, sandy beaches and boulevards. You will need a scooter or car to move around. The fully equipped kitchen is for self catering.

Villa Mirador (Benissa) is a spectacular Mediterranean villa with incredible panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Peñón de Ifach to the right and the Cap d'Or de Moraira to the left. At night, you'll enjoy the illuminations of Calpe on the horizon. You'll be amazed by its elegant decoration, which combines with Mediterranean and contemporary styles. Due to its unique design, children under 6 are not allowed. Pets are also not allowed for their safety.

Apartment with See Views and a large Private Pool

The house is located in one of the best areas of the Costa Blanca, Sierra de Altea, has wonderful sea views, a private pool 10x5m, a large Mediterranean garden and high speed internet. Picturesque Altea is close by, as is the Sierra de Bernia, which is ideal for cycling, mountain biking and hiking. This is the ideal place to discover the beautiful coast, authentic rural villages in the mountains and beautiful nature. Ideal for couples to relax and enjoy.

VILLA SAMAR is a cosy holiday home located in ALTEA, next to the Old Town, and is fully equipped, with capacity for 8 people (please consult for more guests). Distributed on two floors, it has 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, air conditioning in each room, laundry, fully equipped independent kitchen, living-dining room with fireplace and outdoor lounge, barbecue with wood oven, TV in several languages, satellite dish, free wifi and parking.
