Logement impécable et très bien placé (15 min à pied du vieux centre). Dommage que l'eau du robinet ne soit pas potable surtout lors des grosses chaleurs !

wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr begeistert, privaten Weinkeller -top, sehr gutes Wein, die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und liebevoll und gaben uns auch gute Tipps für die Radtouren und die Gästekarte war sehr wertschätzend, alle Freibäder rund um den Neusiedler See sind gratis dabei und vieles mehr. Man kann hier viel unternehmen. Der Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus für die Gäste. Sehr zufrieden und empfehlenswert.

Wir waren in mehr als 25 Airbnb Unterkünften in ganz Europa, aber diese war definitiv das Highlight! Toll gelegen im Schilfgürtel des Neusiedler Sees, direkt am Wasser. Individuell, stilvoll, praktisch und komplett eingerichtet. Tolle Terrasse mit ganztägiger direkter Sonne. Kanu, StandUp und Fahrräder zur freien Benutzung verfügbar. Der Kontakt zu Bene und Nadja war herzlich und unkompliziert. Der ursprüngliche Airbnb Gedanke ist perfekt umgesetzt: eine private, nicht primär kommerzielle Unterkunft. Für wen? Perfekt für Familien oder 2 Paare. Die Lage ruhig, aber alles gut erreichbar. Perfekt für Ausflüge, chillen im und am Haus, zu allen Jahreszeiten! 100% Empfehlung! 1

We stayed at Peter and Mariyas for the Taylor swift concert that was sadly cancelled but they made our trip to Vienna so nice!!! Gave us many recommendations and brought us bottles of Prosecco to make up for the cancelled concert! Even brought a AC unit over when it was warmer. They really went above and beyond for us!! We are so appreciative!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Alexander's wunderschönem und sehr exquisiten Ferienhaus am Neusiedler See sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig errichtet und ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Haus verteilt sich auf 2 Ebenen. In der unteren Ebene, mit direktem Zugang zu einer großzügigen Terrasse und privatem Seezugang, befindet sich eine große und gemütliche offene Wohnküche, ein Badezimmer und ein separates WC. Im Obergeschoss gibt es 3 separate Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer sowie ein WC. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das ganze Haus ist sehr stylisch, großteils mit Designermöbeln, eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben auch den Grill auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Die Betreuung von Salam war freundlich, prompt und sehr professionell. Alles in allem war es ein toller Kurzurlaub und wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter!

Wir haben die zeit genossen, die Unterkunft war entsprechend der Beschreibung. Der schriftliche Kontakt zu Katharina war stets freundlich und zuverlässig. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war super schön. Leva war immer gut zu erreichen und hat uns den ersten Tag in Wien super erleichtert, da wir früher in die Wohnung konnten. Ebenfalls war die Lage ein Traum und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Klare Empfehlung!

The apartment was just as clean and organized as the pictures show! The location is perfect, the U1 is literally less than 10 minutes away! We were very pleased with everything!

I would really like to recommend this accommodation. The apartment is excellently furnished with everything you need for your stay✨ Access to the apartment is very simple, everything works via a code and you don't have to worry about the keys🔑 Communication with the host is great, you get all the information and if you need help, the host responds immediately. I would like to highlight two things: 1-Perfect location🏙️ Beautiful, modern and quiet, good for walking. 2 minutes from the apartment is metro that takes you to the centre of Vienna. 2-Fair behaviour by the host. We had a parking problem but the host solved it immediately and was helpful👏 I recommend it and I will be happy to come back😊

L’alloggio è una vera coccola, ha tutto l’occorrete necessario e si trova in posizione centrale come indicato. Abbiamo raggiunto i punti di nostro interesse per la maggior parte a piedi, passeggiando tra le vie della bellissima Vienna. Se si necessita di mezzi di trasporto, si trovano tutti molto vicini quindi comodi da raggiungere. Doris è stata molto gentile e disponibile al bisogno, quindi super consigliato!

Abbiamo soggiornato qualche notte per visitare Vienna. Eravamo in auto per cui raggiungere la metro per il centro era comodissimo. Appartamento nuovo dotato di tutto quello che occorre per passare una vacanza piacevole. Martina non era presente ma è stata sempre attiva ad ogni richiesta. Se dovessimo tornare a Vienna sicuramente torneremo ad alloggiare da Martina

Had a great stay. The apartment is well located and next to Danube Island which was great for running. Easy access to the city and all the sights. Max was a great host and very responsive. The apartment was like the photos, spacious and comfortable

Reinhard is a great host, very flexible and responsive. He helped my with some answers and questions about Vienna and how to go around, very helpful. My stay at his apartment was great, very clean, had all things amenities. The apartment is very close to the U1 line, and very easy to get around Vienna. I will book this place again for sure next time I go to Vienna. Reinhard has all my recommendations.
