Welcome to your mini mountain home! Hotel room/studio with some cooking facilities. Central Falls Creek village location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Ski in winter, including ski in ski out (snow depth dependent). Escape the heat to mountain breezes and bike or hike in summer! Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *winter 2025 is byo towels and linen due to a new baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. If you can't bring own linen & towels please ask and I'll arrange.

You are close to everything when you stay at this centrally located studio. Ski in/ski out (normal snow conditions) Surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars & cosy places to hang by the fire. An in-house restaurant makes for an easy night of dining in. Tea & coffee making facilities plus a microwave allows you to come home for lunch or a snack, or stay in the studio for a meal at night. Sauna, communal ski room, drying room, ski hire within the complex. Direct access outside via the rear hallway.

Ski out studio w/ pool and sauna (operational pool and sauna in the ski season only) 2 single beds that push together to make a queen plus a pull out single sofa. basic kitchenet. This is a ski lovers crash pad not a luxury apartment. BYO LINEN, TOWELS & TOILETRIES. Bring doona covers, bottom sheet. pillow cases, towels bodywash and loo roll. We have 3 single doonas & 3 pillows. Cheap linen hire available if you book last min or forget

Hotham Ski Out Studio Apartment w/ pool & views

Ski Out Studio apartment sleeps 4 or 5 Alpine Heights. Cozy fully self contained apartment w/ balcony & views. Best to shop in Omeo or Bright if you plan on cooking although we only have basic cooking facilities. Has a queen bed 180 x 200 that can split into 2 singles, a set of bunk beds & pull out single sofa ideal for a child. BYO linen, towels & toiletries. If you have booked last minute & dont have linen with you - dont worry, it can be hired cheap from a laundry service in the building.
