Newly renovated apartment in the heart of the desirable Highland Hills Neighborhood. A quick 15 minute drive down Murray Blvd to Nike. Easy access to highway 217 & 26. Our apartment has one king sized bed and one twin size daybed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. CableTV, Wifi, a small kitchenette, bath and 2-zone climate control. Please note kitchenette has a small 2 burner induction cooktop and is more suited to warming up leftovers than preparing a full dinner.

Meals are easily prepared in the kitchenette or go to one of the many nearby restaurants. Also enjoy the expansive lawn area from the gas fireplace on the covered patio. **An additional queen bed is available in our Ford Conversion van for $60 a night**.

The apartment is clean and cozy with a private entrance located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment shares a common wall with the main house with doors that separate the space and remained locked. It offers a stocked kitchen, cable tv, dvd player and wifi with a comfortable seating area for reading by the fireplace or watching tv. The bathroom is spacious with an extra large shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and dresser. Driveway and street parking available.

Downtown Beaverton Hideaway

Your own beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath (700 sqft) on quiet street in bustling downtown Beaverton. Washer/dryer in unit with 2 off street parking spots and lots of street parking. Granite countertops, hardwood and tile floors throughout. Private backyard. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, library, Sat. Market etc. and 12 minute walk (.6 miles) to Beaverton Transit Center MAX station (direct to downtown Portland). There are 2 queen beds, one in each bdrm. The couch also folds down.

We are in a quiet neighborhood in West Slope, with easy access to the freeway into downtown Portland (5 miles), or the highway into Beaverton (2 miles). We are also close to Forest Park where the zoo, Washington Park, hiking trails, Pittock Mansion, and other outdoor activities are located. We are not far from restaurants, bars, movies, shopping, etc. (The rental does not have a stovetop or oven.)

The kitchen is a "kitchenette" with no stove, but we do provide a single burner hot plate. Come practice "Shin Rin Yoku", the the stress- reducing essence of the forest. Trails, benches and platforms throughout the property provide a place to sit, enjoy the clean air, meditate, or do yoga.
