Features wood burning stove, large flat screen TV (with Roku), Blu-ray DVD player, WiFi, and central AC/heat. Open concept floor plan with breakfast bar and kitchen. Screened porch, oversized deck, and propane grill. Private riverfront access with a bench swing, fire pit, and a hammock. Less than 8 miles to Cumberland..Completely remodeled with a great kitchen, a deck, hotub and a porch off the Master bedroom. Walk in shower bathroom right off the living room with a powder room and laundry off the Master bedroom. Very close to downtown historic Cumberland, C & O Canal, Potomac River and Frostburg State College. Also close the the Allegany Fair Grounds.

Just 2 hrs from Baltimore and DC, The Sanctuary is a perfect weekend mountain escape to get away from it all and connect with nature while still enjoying some luxury amenities. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin situated on 6+ acres in the mountains outside Berkeley Springs, WV. It includes spacious outdoor living space, a hot tub, sauna, grill and a separate bathhouse. You will be required to digitally sign an additional rental agreement before your stay.

Studio is in own private space with own entrance where you can sip some coffee on either of the patios. It is also located steps away from the hot tub.
