The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. Lake Michigan Moon Barn

Welcome to your home away from home that we lovingly call the Moon Barn. We are situated in between South Haven and Saugatuck just a mile away from a hiking trail with public access to a Lake Michigan beach. Our home was built in remembrance of a family barn that sat on this location generations ago. It has natural barn wood and art works integrated throughout the house. Downstairs has a complete kitchen, dining area, spacious living room with a gas fire place, full bathroom, and a piano!

Oval beach has been named one of the best beaches in Michigan and is only a short 5 min drive. Or explore Holland, just a 15 min drive north. Completely updated stand-alone home and outdoor yard space offers total privacy for guests to relax and enjoy a perfect getaway. Pet friendly, $55 pet fee when booking with one pet. Our guest suite is a fully finished apartment located in our barn with private access through an exterior door. Enjoy our peaceful setting as your base for exploring nearby lake shore communities including South Haven (5 mi.) and Saugatuck (10 mi.).

Located near Saugatuck, South Haven & Holland - close to beaches, dunes, vineyards, wineries, breweries, orchards, art galleries & skiing in the winter. Kitchen w/everything for cooking, laundry, full bath, 2 bedrooms each w/ queen bed, Wi-Fi, deck, gas fire pit (May-Oct), short walk for groceries & restaurants. Dog friendly. (Remember, dogs must be included as pet guests when you book)

Cozy A-Frame: Hot Tub! Minutes to town & wineries

Completely renovated in 2022, Applewood Lodge is large enough for 8 but also perfect for a romantic getaway for 2. It is nestled in nature but also close to everything the area has to offer. The location is both out of the way and in the center of it all. Located near Saugatuck, Douglas, South Haven & Holland - close to beaches, wineries, orchards, art galleries, shopping, fine dining, spas and an array of outdoor activities, like hiking, boating and horseback riding.
