MAGNIFICENT 2 BR. BUNGALOW II

La casa es un Bungalow en 1ª planta con balcón y gran ventana orientado al sol de la mañana, la cocina iluminada con el sol de mediodía y los dos dormitorios con el sol de la tarde. La vividenbda tiene luz solar abundante durante todo el periodo diurno. Los pasillos del complejo se iluminan por la noche para facilitar el tránsito con visibilidad. La vivienda ubicada en Pueblo Latino, Torre de la Horadada es un barrio muy tranquilo, sin ruido especialmente apropiado para el relax.

WIFI.Apartamento abuhardillado de una habitación(4p)y sofá cama en el salón(2p).Gran terraza con increíbles vistas. A 5” paseando del pueblo de Millena donde hay restaurante, piscina, médico... a 15” de Cocentaina y Alcoy donde hay centros comerciales, cines, restaurantes. A una hora de los aeropuertos de Alicante y Valencia. Por carretera de montaña cerca de Guadalest , Benidorm... Situada en El Valle de Trabadell rodeado por olivos milenarios y zona montañosa.

Auch dadurch, dass jedes Apartment eine private Terrasse, sowie einen privaten Ein- und Ausgang hat und sich maximal 10 Gäste zur selben Zeit auf dem Grundstück befinden.

La Amistad 2 bedrooms apartamento

2 bedrooms Apartment with shared pool is located in a quiet urbanization in Calpe. It has a huge advantage in that it is located on the second floor of a two-storey building, which offers beautiful views of the sea, the city and Peñón Ifach from the large terrace and balcony in one of the bedrooms. Also the advantage of high ceilings in this apartment, which is rare in apartments in this area, and huge panoramic windows so you get a lot of space and light here.

Apartamento con piscina privada

Cozy apartment with independent entrance- half of the private villa. One bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. Best suits for one couple. Pivate pool, BBQ and sauna are only for the use of the guests of the apartment. Another half of villa will be empty or occupied by the owner (Valentina). Your privacy is guaranteed. The nearest beach named Advocat is just 7 minutes walking distance away. 3 different restaurants are 5-10 min away by walking.
