recomiendo la casa, pues lo que más nos gustó es la seguridad que hay en el fraccionamiento, que el anfitrión estuvo desde un día antes, durante y después muy atento a nosotros y nuestras necesidades. la casa es confortable, cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario desde vasos, tazas y sartenes, hasta lavadora, plancha y estacionamiento. en conclusión volveríamos a estar con toda mi familia en el lugar.

The place was great and they were always responsive. Def recommend giving them a chance. It’s also in a private gated community

Fantastic stay and overall experience! The condo is in a beautiful and safe (gated) area right on the ocean. A comfortable bed upstairs and a futon downstairs. Fans and AC work well. TV has streaming services. All necessary kitchen items. Luxurious view. Small space with tight loft- but was perfect for the two of us. The restaurant on-site is really good (open 9-9) and affordable. Great options next door also. The pools and lounge area were well taken care of. Elevator to/from room was quick. Head downstairs, walk through the pool area, and get to a clean sandy beach in minutes. Easily hop on one of the frequently passing red buses (R1 or R2) outside the hotel for only 12 pesos, and it takes you downtown. Same bus back. Karen was a friendly and quick communicator! I wanted a break from the typical all inclusive trips. Would highly recommend!!! Thank you

La estancia fue muy agradable. El departamento está bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y con fácil acceso a tiendas y restaurantes. Es tal como se muestra en las fotos: limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y clara en todo momento. Sin duda es una buena opción si buscas relajarte frente al mar.

Marina is absolutely the best! This was my second stay at this location, and she is always quick to respond to any question or need. She helped with the transport to/from the airport. The location is so convenient to the grocery and bus line! And of course, we have the beach right outside our door and had a beautiful sunrise view every morning!

Absolutely amazing we used this Airbnb to attend a wedding. It was so convenient to get to the hotel zone, the beach, or the centro. We felt so safe in the home and neighborhood. The rooftop is absolutely beautiful. The room was equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable! Anything we needed our host was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying here to enjoy all that Cancún has to offer!

My fiance and I spent a few days at this apartment and it was incredible! The facilities and amenities were top notch. The apartment was also very clean. Rosario was also extremely responsive helpful in dealing with any urgent queries. The only thing I’d mention is that the walk from the apartment to the lagoon was around 10 minutes as we had to walk around half the complex to get there. However, the site is very secure and so families can rest assured that the complex is safe. Overall a great experience 😊!!

El alojamiento estuvo muy bien: contaba con suficientes toallas para todos, era muy bonito, amplio y acogedor. Cabe destacar que Clara estuvo muy atenta a todas nuestras inquietudes y siempre fue muy amable, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más agradable. Además, la cocina era bastante grande y moderna, ideal para preparar comidas, y otra ventaja destacable es que se pueden estacionar dos autos sin problema, algo muy práctico para quienes viajan en vehículo propio
