I can't say enough about this house. some listings have clever photography or descriptions that make them seem lovely, only to be disappointed when one arrives. This house is the opposite while the photographs are lovely, they can't begin to describe the experience. Everything was absolutely perfect and was only made better by the car and help from Monica and Noel.

Juan's place was excellent! We had 6 adults in our group and we had plenty of room. All rooms had king size beds except for 1 room, and it wasn't used at all. 4 full bathrooms and 1/2 bathroom down stairs for convenience. Great location, Mall was a 5 minute walk which included several great restaurant's to choose from, a 7-Eleven 5 minute walk as well Bus stop was a 10 minute walk that took you up and dowm the Hotel Zone and into downtown Cancun! Highly recommend. Juan was always available day or night for any questions you may have. 24 hour on site Security as well

Eduardo is an excellent host. The property is simply outstanding and in a perfect location for you to visit all the different areas of Cancun. If you are looking for an excellent place to stay I highly recommend Eduardo’s property. Has all the listed amenities and surpassed my expectations honestly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place was as described! It was clean. Host was accommodating. There was a maintenance issue and it was resolved immediately. Steps away from a beautiful beach! The perfect place for our Bachelorette Party!

Alejandro’s place was great! We loved it. We were a group of 15 and we really enjoyed our stay. If there is any problem during your stay, Alejandro will be right on it. Never had a problem with his communication. I will say, finding the house is a little hard due to maps not sending you to the right location but once you figure it out you’ll get the hang of it.

Cette habitation est très bien situé. Super belle vue sur le lagon avec belle piscine. Plage juste de l’autre côté de la rue. Autobus local très fréquent sur la rue pour visiter toute la zone hôtelière. Cette chambre est super confortable et calme. Je recommande grandement. Merci à Éli qui a pris le temps de répondre à toutes nos questions.

Loved this place. I came here for my bachelorette trip and was perfect. The concierge team was super helpful and attentive to all of our needs. I appreciated the tour of our place upon our arrival. We also went with the chef option through SolMar rentals and the food was delicious. We are definitely coming back soon. This place exceeded our expectations.

A casa é exatamente como nas fotos. Fomos em 10 pessoas e o tamanho dela nos atendeu muito bem. O grande diferencial da casa é a praia. Há poucos passos, estávamos em uma praia linda e tranquila!

Tuve la oportunidad de conocer a Daniel, una persona muy amable y atenta. Dado a la cercanía con un restaurante y otras zonas donde se realizan eventos, siempre estuvo informandome de lo que acontecía. Afortunadamente no tuvimos inconvenientes con el exceso de ruido que había ya que las paredes de la casa logran mitigar el sonido. Daniel tuvo la iniciativa de recomendarme lugares para visitar y comer, de lo cual estoy agradecida porque tuvimos la oportunidad de acudir y quedamos muy contentos. La casa cuenta con amenidades básicas para la estancia. Sin duda regresaría a hospedarme :)

Todo en general bastante bien; la anfitriona Daranee siempre muy atenta a dudas o cualquier cosa. La alberca es bastante grande al igual que el jardín, sin embargo, consideramos que hacen falta ciertos arreglos (pintura por ejemplo) pero nada que impida que puedas pasarla bien. Agua caliente en todo momento, tiendas cercanas, una avenida grande donde hay bastantes lugares para comer, muy céntrico en general. Agradecemos profundamente la atención que recibimos, pues los vigilantes de la privada son súper amables, el jardinero y la persona que limpia la alberca, todos muy respetuosos. Sin duda nuestra primera opción cuando regresemos a Cancún

El lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo, la zona está muy apartada de puerto morelos y algo complicado de llegar. Aunque tuvimos que cancelar la reserva por un problema de mantenimiento en el lugar, el anfitrión entendió la situación sin problema.
