Cozy at C is a small, but roomy, 1 bed/1 bath apartment. It is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. During your stay, you will have access to a grass backyard and private parking. Amenities include, high speed wireless internet, a smart TV, brand new appliances and an Arcade "Multicade" that has 800 free-to-play video games from the 80s, 90s and 2000s. And of course, a comfy clean bed and furniture. I strive to provide a safe, quiet, clean and inexpensive accommodations for each guest.

LONE PINE COTTAGE is open! The Hardtner House's "Little Sister" is on the same 2 acre park-like property of the main house. We took a small structure on the property and raised it from the "dead." With a choice to tear it down or fix it up, we now have a sweet "tiny house" - 600 sq. ft. of beauty, charm and comfort. Living room w Murphy bed; small Kitchen with refrigerator-freezer, sink, microwave, counter-top oven, kitchen basics, dining table; Queen Bedroom and Bath. Sleeps 2 or 3

Cotile Destiny

Enjoy bream fishing off the dock , bbqing under the covered patio, standing by one of 2 outdoor fire pits cooking s’mores with the kids or just watching the flames roll. This 3 bedroom/3bath mobile home is clean and ready for a family or small group to enjoy a weekend getaway from the real world. We use this place as our “summer home” though it’s just minutes from our residence. We treat cotile as a big swimming pool and love entertaining family and friends here and just getting away .

Iatt Lake Cabins and Kayaks House Boat

Houseboat on quiet and serene lake. No running water on boat but bathroom is close by. Pets are allowed for a $50 non-refundable fee. Pets must be kenneled if left inside alone and on a leash at all times when outside. Kayak, paddle boat and pirogue rentals including life jackets and paddles available. Kayak rental - $35/day or $60/2 days. Paddleboat, pirogue or tandem kayak rental - $45/day or $70/2 days.
