Modern Cottage in Historic McKinney, Texas

Historic with a modern flair! This cozy modern cottage is just a five-minute walk from the Historic Downtown McKinney square where you'll find shopping, fabulous restaurants, pubs, wine tasting and more. This beautiful cottage was built in 1953 and enjoys the rich history of old McKinney. Completely renovated in 2020, it has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Decorated with an industrial flair, this cottage connects the present to the past. Nestled in the Historic District of McKinney you'll relax with all the modern comforts of home. After enjoying shopping and dining downtown, stroll back home to spend time with friends inside or on the back deck. Amazing Location Our cottage is less than a mile from the Cotton Mill, near many other wedding Venues, one mile from Tupps Brewery, and just a 12-minute drive to TPC Craig Ranch (the new home of the Byron Nelson golf tournament). Walking Distance Attractions include: All downtown McKinney Restaurants, Wineries, Pubs, Bars, Shops, and festivals! Favorite spots in downtown McKinney are The Yard (restaurant / bar with outdoor games, fire pits, also family friendly), Ricks Steakhouse (also has a really cool bar located in the back of the restaurant with live music on the weekends), Harvest (healthy farm fresh food from local sources) & Landon Winery. The Cottage Our cottage sleeps up to five with one king sized bed and one double bed with a pull-out trundle underneath. There is high speed WIFI access and three TV's with Netflix. You can also connect TV's to your personal Hulu, Prime Video, Ruko, HBO, etc. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic cooking equipment, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, utensils, kitchen towels, coffee maker, coffee, creamer, etc. Laundry facilities include a full-sized washer and dryer. The backyard has a beautiful deck.

Beautifully renovated 2nd-floor apartment located in a historic church building, one block from downtown Mckinney Square, near an abundance of shops and eateries, directly across from The Yard restaurant. Parking & wifi is included. The apartment comes with a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. Stay in a quaint, newly renovated, historic home with many charming details! Have fun with the whole family at this stylish and cozy place. This house is perfect for family vacations, a girls weekend, or a guys getaway! Newly renovated with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms plus a pull out couch in the living room the home comfortably sleeps 8! There is a beautiful newly redone pool with a large grill out back and a versatile dining room table that converts into a large pool table and ping pong table! (MUST BE ID VERIFIED WITH BNB)

Newly remodeled home near Historic downtown

Recently renovated home with 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Open Floor plan living/dining/kitchen area with all the comforts of home. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, wall mount pot filler, oven and microwave. Outside patio with propane grill, large table and Solo Stove fire pit and chairs. We are about 1 mile to Downtown Historic McKinney with lots of restaurants and shops. We are less than 1/2 mile to famous Hutchins BBQ!

Unique, Serene, Escape "The Loft @ Hangar 309"

The Loft @ Hangar 309. New Modern loft apartment located inside our airplane hangar, within a gated, small, private airport (T-31) in McKinney, Texas. Very quiet and sound insulated space with its own private entrance. Fly in or drive in, you will enjoy your stay. Located close to Frisco, PGA Frisco, near FC Dallas & The Star. Conveniently located near the DNT, Highway 121, and Interstate 75. Short drive to Historic Downtown McKinney.
