Please note: we CANNOT cater for: - No fish diet (if you eat no fish at all) - Vegan diet (meaning nothing from animals) - Strictly Vegetarian diet (meaning no meat AND no fish) We will also discover the most authentic district of Lisbon called Alfama. Filled with thousands of years of history, we’ll learn about its genuine people and its typical architecture. Since 2018, this is Portugal's only cooking class in a real bakery, taught by a professional pastry chef! This masterclass can be hosted by award-winning chef João Batalha, co-founder of Pastel de Nata concept store Nat'elier, or other experienced in-house pastry professionals such as chefs Silvia Sousa or Adriano Cardoso. After gearing up you'll go inside our pro kitchen where you'll learn how to bake the irresistible Portuguese Custard Tarts (aka Egg Tarts) everybody loves! The workshop starts with an intro to the history of Pastel de Nata. This is HANDS-ON experience! Unlike other Pastéis de Nata classes in Lisbon, we will show you how to make puff pastry from scratch. Afterwards, we will make the custard and bake it all inside a professional oven. During this class we all work together as a team (max. 12 people) Everyone makes at least 3 tarts by hand - learn how to laminate the dough, shape it with a specific Pastel de Nata technique, fill in the custard, etc. ☕We'll end tasting the warm tarts with a drink of choice, crafted by our baristas. Welcome to my Pastry Shop "Casa dos Ovos Moles"! You´ll learn to cook the most famous portuguese pastry, the Pastel de nata (portuguese custard tart). You´ll taste if not the best, the freshest one. It´s on your hands! In a very homy way you discover how to make the pastel de nata from the scratch, including the puff pastry. It´s all handmade. First we cook it an the end we taste the delight with a Porto wine or a Ginja liquor, tchim tchim. You know that the pastel de nata recipe was created inside a monestary? I tell you the History. Hands on! It can be schedule Monday to Friday - 11H or 15H (2H duration).

アラビダの日帰り旅行＆ワインテイスティング体験（リスボン発）

Olá! I’m Miguel and I want to show you Portugal’s greatest paradise! This is the experience you have been looking for. Our experience is a cocktail of people, culture, food, wine and nature! We start at one of the BEST markets in the WORLD! (USA Today’s words :D ) Here is the real deal!! Authentic locals, simple cuisine and fresh products. All you can ask surrounded by beautiful tiles and the background noise of the moving population. Our VANessa (yes we named our van) will then take us to the most photoscenic place in the Park, the famous viewpoint with a ramp. We proceed and hike to a hidden cave. I’ll tell you all about its secrets and history and then head to one of my favorite beaches in Portugal. This is a relaxing place surrounded by the ocean and the mountains. We will have lunch at one of the restaurants here and you can also go for a swim if you want to. Our day ends visiting a winery in a small village called Azeitão. We will do a wine tasting of the local wines and toast to new experiences and making new friends! Other things to note: Some locations are subject to change. Bring clothes appropriate for the weather and comfortable shoes. Lunch is not included.

リスボンでポルトガルワインを味わおう

Want to learn more about Portuguese wine and know why everyone is talking about it? Usually, most of my clients know very little about Portuguese wine so I always give a brief explanation and history of the 14 Portuguese wine regions and national grape varieties, then we start tasting! We usually try an average of 6-8 wines from different regions and I will tell you all about the particularities of each one from green wines, whites, reds, and some of our special liquors. In the end, the objective is to know what are the four main characteristics of Portuguese wines, which you should know when drinking wine in a restaurant or when going to buy wine. Curious? come and find out! Wine tastings last about 1,5 to 2 hours depending on how much you would like to know. I can accommodate until 6 people seating down on the sessions. Our wine tasting is great for groups, great for teams, and great for team-building. Other things to note, children under 18 won’t be able to be part of the experience and therefore no need to count them in on the booking but there will be room for them with us, so no need to worry.

This is not a typical walking tour, it is a great experience to get to know Lisbon with a local in a small group, you'll get to learn historic and cultural facts while sampling great portuguese food and drinks. We will meet at Restauradores square before embarking on our walking experience through Lisbon streets. You will get to see Praca do Comercio and learn a lot about its historic importance, pass through the first main street in Lisbon, Rua Augusta to try our famous Pastel de Nata. Afterwards we will take you to the upper side of Lisbon to secret sightseeing spots where you will enjoy the view. Then you will get to see the Sao Jorge castle on your way to Alfama, Lisbon's oldest district. There you will try great pastries and see a colorful district full of life and fun.
