The loft is in the Príncipe Real neighborhood, located at the top of one of Lisbon's seven hills, with beautiful city views. It's a neighborhood with palatial buildings, gardens, dynamic shops, and restaurants with famous chefs. The nearest metro station is Rato, yellow line (10 min walking). The apartment have one parking space. Short walking distance from the main historical sites of the city: Bairro Alto, Carmo, Chiado, Avenida da Liberdade, Castelo de S. Jorge, Praça do Comércio. This studio is housed in an old house recovered in 2005. There are 3 studios distinguished by 3 colors: Blue, Green and Yellow. This is the Green studio with an extraordinary view of the Atlantic Ocean with waves crashing right at your feet. Decorated simply but with everything you need for your stay. It has a large double bed and two somiers in the living space where two more people can sleep. It's an open space. The main bed is separated from the rest by a screen-like wall

My place is close to the city center, restaurants, supermarkets and local commerce. You’ll love it because of the location, outdoor space, and ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with small kids). The location is great: only a 10 to 15 minutes walk from the old town center (Porta d'Armas), and about the same from the beautiful D. Ana, Camilo & Porto de Mós 'postcard perfect' beaches. We are also a bike-friendly house.

It is located near the road in a very beautiful and traditional area between São Pedro and Sintra village, and a short walk from the historic centre and from the train station with an Information Centre only 50 meters away where you can buy tickets to all the available tourist attractions.
