The villa which is 100 m. from the sea has 2 separate apartments in the first floor. The owners live downstairs. Each apartment can afford 4/5 persons and is perfect for families or friends. The apartments have an area of 50 m2 with 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans (one with double bed and the other with 2 single bed and 1 camp bed), 1 shower room, living room, fully equipped kitchen.
