The penthouse apartment features a river-view terrace. It includes a bedroom with a 1.60 x 2.0 m bed, wardrobes, and a safe. The living area is equipped with a sofa, TV, Netflix, and Bluetooth sound system. Bar with complimentary drinks. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer-dryer, induction cooktop, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso machine. The bathroom is complete with a bidet, shower, hairdryer, and toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion).

This charming suite is on the 3rd floor of our 400sqm private house with plenty of soul, tradition, and history. The house was originally built in 1896 and keeps the main structure since 1936. More than an accommodation our guests book an experience in a particularly unique, personal, and authentic way. We are a family of cultural mixes and we love the concept of sharing, receiving, and taking care of our guests as new friends. We’re located in the Art District, close to the historical center.

Fully renovated in 2016, this contemporary lovely "cosy" XVIII house is ideally located in a an old quiet neighborhood still within Porto´s Unesco World Heritage area and close to its vast and magnificent historical center (20 mins walking distance). Also close to the city seaside promenade avenues, gardens and beaches, just 30 mins walking distance. All public transports stops are just 3 mins from the house at the river front that take you anywhere including Porto´s historical vintage tram.

Welcome to this elegant and modern waterfront apartment with designer interiors. Quiet and with breathtaking views of Douro and Oporto. The perfect launchpad for a leisure or business trip to Oporto/Gaia. Please note the building elevator is currently out of service and will be replaced in the beginning of August (approx. 2 weeks). Access to the apartment (3rd floor) is via stairs during this time. We’re happy to assist with luggage if needed.
