Una villa di 150 mq sul mare toscano di Prato Ranieri, circondata da un giardino meraviglioso e ben curato, posta in un'area pedonale tranquilla, con una spiaggia di sabbia proprio davanti al cancello. Dotata di due posti auto, è perfetta per famiglie e gruppi di amici, con un solarium privato, una zona relax e una area pranzo sotto un patio accogliente. La proprietà é impreziosita da un terrazzo panoramico sul tramonto. A pochi passi troviamo stabilimenti balneari, gelaterie bar e ristoranti.

L'abitazione è luminosa, affacciata sul mare, in un'area naturalistica immersa fra i profumi della vegetazione mediterranea e le acque cristalline del mar Tirreno La spiaggia si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 4 minuti a piedi in discesa. L'accesso alle due aree piscine (una affacciata sul mare, di acqua marina e l'altra tra la vegetazione) è gratuito. Ombrelloni e lettini sono a pagamenti. Nel residence ci sono un bar e un ristorante aperti d'estate Wi-fi, parcheggio, garage. Sconto traghetto.

Domus Bolsena - House with garden and lake view

House with garden and private garage recently built, finished with care and elegance. Access is independent and from the large balcony you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Monaldeschi castle and the lake. Cross the garden to get to the first level: there are a lounge with fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, a bathroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom. The location is a few meters from the lake and from the center of Bolsena.

View on stunning bay with Roman remains below sea water and sandy beach. 2 minute walk from harbour, yet in a silent corner. Waves gently break on the beach at night. Scuba diving, walks and excellent food. The house can host 6 people, but we prefer 4. In any case if you are more than 4 please tell us : you will pay 10 euros for each extra person and we'll give towel and bed linen for them.

Isola Elba like on a Boat a Dive away from the Sea

The house is located 40 feet from the waters of Punta delle Ripalte, the southernmost tip of the Elba island, very appreciated by divers due to its rich marine fauna! To reach the sea and dive from the rocks you simply need to walk down a brief trail.
