Cottage is in quiet street, walking distance of Norwood retail node & restaurants. It has open plan kitchen/dining area, lounge, bathroom with shower. Attached to the outside of this cottage is a separate garden facing bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom & entrance. Only 1km to Norwood Mall over 50 stores, 4km to Melrose Arch, 5km to Gautrain station, 10km to Sandton City. A family orientated 3-bedroomed, 2 bathroomed Georgian style home in the heart of Parkhurst, situated within a close stroll of the 4th Avenue shops and restaurants. Located close to Verity Park. This home has a solar system to provide back-up power durring loadshedding. The system is also connected to battery back-up for +/- 2 hours when there is no sun. The only item not covered by the backup system is the stove. This home is also available on longer term leases. Please enquire for pricing.

Pete's Suite offers a centrally-located private suite in a secure area. Backup Solar Power ensures no interruption to Fibre & LTE internet connectivity. The property is strictly non-smoking. There is a separate entrance, shared driveway. Includes a bedroom, spacious lounge and kitchenette stocked with a few essentials. The bathroom has a large shower and excellent water pressure. Modern Gem in Parkhurst with Solar Power

Off-grid, solared powerd, sustainable, stylish home that has natural light pouring in through large double volume windows. Ideal for families and business colleagues. Our house is not suitable for parties. Upstairs there is a master suite with a balcony and a second bedroom, both en-suite. Downstairs is a double bedroom and converted study with single beds. The house is equipped with a gas fire in the lounge and a gas stove in the kitchen. The hot tub is not available due to loadshedding.

Luxurious 5 Bedroom Bryanston Getaway

For those who ‘prefer better.’ Beat the loadshedding and forget your worries in this spacious & serene space. Your own private villa in a very central location. A stone's throw from the best restaurants, shopping centres, sports facilities, and hospitals. Country living in the city. An oasis of calm in the midst of a vibrant hub of activities. We unfortunately don’t allow parties or large gatherings, especially over weekends. Please consider booking elsewhere if this is your intention.

No Loadshedding Here! Perfect peaceful and quiet space to relax in this trendy neighbourhood! Bring your bike for an early morning cycle in the "spruit" or just enjoy a walk in the Emmarentia botanical gardens a few minutes away. Cool off in the splash pool or enjoy a braai on the patio at the end of the day. If you don't feel like cooking, you can explore the many vibey restaurants and pubs in Linden and the surrounding Partown and Greenside areas, just a couple of minutes away.

Nobody else shares your space. Our place is close to Zoo Lake and the Zoo. Parkview Village is a 10 minute walk. You’ll love our place because of the location, the neighborhood, and the ambiance.
