This brand new Airbnb is in the heart of the Alberta Arts District, you really can't beat the location! The space is located just a block from a stretch of restaurants on NE Killingsworth, two blocks from all of the restaurants and shops on NE Alberta, and a five minute walk to beautiful Alberta Park. This unit is equipped with a toaster oven, hot plate, full size fridge, and dishwasher. Please note this is the lower unit of our home so you will likely hear day to day noises between 6am and 7pm.

Explore the world-class restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the nearby Williams and Mississippi districts. Reserved spot in our driveway for guests and plenty of free street parking available nearby as well.
