Come stay in our sweet, new guesthouse! This is NOT a basement space. It has a real bedroom (not a studio) & full kitchen. The Silver Star cottage is in our backyard but very separate with its own city lane access. Lots of beautiful wood and a cozy vibe. We are 1 block from the fabulous Alberta Arts St. but far enough away that it's quiet here. Perfect! Walk to shops & restaurants. Also easy to access anywhere in the city. There's a double-sized hide a bed couch in the airy living space.

In the heart of NE Portland's vibrant and bustling Alberta Arts district. Endless options for dining, drinking, shopping and entertainment within walking distance. The main home is 2800 sqft plus an additional 1200 sqft on a private rooftop deck (that we built ourselves!). There is natural light (and plants) galore. Prepare meals in our chef’s kitchen. We don’t skimp on linens, supplies, cozy mattresses or bedding. A legally permitted rental by the City of Portland. 1% for The Planet member.

Turn of the century/Wes Anderson Inspired converted lower level basement of an 1890s house. Great proximity to Downtown and public transportation, as well as all the cool stuff to do in N Portland. We are a block away from Mississippi Ave. and close to N. Williams and Freeway access to I-5. You will have a private entry from the front of the house. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, friends, and families (with kids). We do not allow smoking of any substances in the home.
