This brand new Airbnb is in the heart of the Alberta Arts District, you really can't beat the location! The space is located just a block from a stretch of restaurants on NE Killingsworth, two blocks from all of the restaurants and shops on NE Alberta, and a five minute walk to beautiful Alberta Park. This unit is equipped with a toaster oven, hot plate, full size fridge, and dishwasher. Please note this is the lower unit of our home so you will likely hear day to day noises between 6am and 7pm.

Explore the world-class restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the nearby Williams and Mississippi districts. Come stay in our sweet, new guesthouse! This is NOT a basement space. It has a real bedroom (not a studio) & full kitchen. The Silver Star cottage is in our backyard but very separate with its own city lane access. Lots of beautiful wood and a cozy vibe. We are 1 block from the fabulous Alberta Arts St. but far enough away that it's quiet here. Perfect! Walk to shops & restaurants. Also easy to access anywhere in the city. There's a double-sized hide a bed couch in the airy living space.

Spacious Guesthouse with Creative Style and Local Charm

Our recently built, light filled and spacious ADU sits quietly in our back yard and above my painting studio. It's an open, airy and modern loft-style home with reclaimed fir floors, shelving, vanity, and doors. The queen size bed has a super comfy natural latex foam mattress and in the loft there is a fold out sofa with a full size memory foam sleeping pad. It has a well appointed kitchen and washer and dryer for your use. I provide coffee and tea for your stay as well.

Welcome to our cozy and inviting newly constructed ADU! With easy airport access and all that NE Portland offers, this charming space features new stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and an upstairs washer and dryer. With high ceilings and ample sunlight, this compact space feels surprisingly spacious.
