Activities of sea kayaking and hiking are included! Our secluded location is accessible only by boat from Seward, Alaska. We provide boat transportation for all guests. The boat trip is about 40 minutes each way - look for wildlife like whales, otters, eagles, sea lions, and more! This entire experience is included in your nightly rate.

Coho Cottage

Cute 1950’s cottage charmingly restored with antiques and nautical decor. It is perfect for two adults, good with a couple kids added or total of three adults but tight with 4 adults. Centrally located it is a 13 minute walk to downtown (.7 miles), 8 minute walk to the boat harbor (.5 miles), 5 minute walk to Two Lakes Park and a 2 minute walk to the gazebo on the lagoon. The fenced yard backs up to the mountain for added privacy.

Historic Brown&Hawkins Apt #3 located Downtown

Experience the historic Alaskan frontier in this comfortable apartment located in downtown Seward. One bedroom with a queen-sized sleeper couch in the living room, this unit is fully equipped with a private bath and full kitchen complete with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, TV with cable, and Wi-Fi. The cabin is 800 sq ft, 2 bedrooms (1 king/1 queen pillow top beds) the couch pulls out to a bed or I have a double sized memory foam bed available for a 5th person. There’s a bathroom w/ shower and Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, living room area with Smart 65 inch tv, and wifi. Covered deck off the front with a bbq and a fire pit.
