Set in protected old Tophane, layered with history since Roman times, it's ideal for families and couples drawn to culture and a true sense of place.

Pool, surrounded by nature, close to sea.

It is only 300 meters from the sea. There is a shared swimming pool. Our pool is heated during spring and winter months. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchenware. The double bed and the grey L-shaped sofa in the living room can be opened up to accommodate 4 people. There is also a barbecue area near the house. It is 15 minutes from Alanya city center. We are close to restaurants and markets. A peaceful holiday awaits you in our house located in a tangerine grove.

Ev ve havuz tamamen size özeldir .Kışın ısıtmalı havuzumuz mevcuttur. Denize uzaklık yaklaşık 450-500 m. Gazipaşa airport avm 12 km mesafede Not : Gezmek ve alışveriş yapmak için aracınızla gelmeyi yada (araç -taksi )kiralamanızı tavsiye ediyorum . İyi tatiller 🙏

Stig in i en värld av lugn och lyx i detta nybyggda hus som erbjuder en spektakulär havsutsikt. Här kan du verkligen unna dig själv och njuta av lyxig saltvattensbubbelpool på takterrassen. Takterassen är över 100 kvm. På entréplanet finns det en privat pool för avkoppling. Det finns även två Weber grillar tillgängliga, en på takterrassen och en vid uteplatsen vid poolen där du kan samlas med dina nära och kära och avnjuta läckra måltider tillsammans.
