This location was very well suited for my trip. It was walkable to the Bravo Supermarket and very easy to catch an Uber to other places. The staff were very friendly, and I felt very safe. Great place if you want to be in the city and I recommend it.

Todo excelente con Juan y su apartamento, fuimos específicamente a descansar y fue muy agradable. El apartamento es grande y bien localizado. Dejamos por error un envase con agua en la recepción, lo dimos por perdido hasta que Juan nos los reportó!. Muchas gracias!!

Check-in was quick and easy, with detailed instructions from the host. The apartment was ideal for a long stay and had everything I needed, washer and drier, a good bathroom and kitchen and even a small pool on the roof and a basic gym . Other positive features were strong wifi and a keypad to enter the apartment which was convenient. The air conditioning units in the bedroom and living room worked perfectly. The building itself is modern and located in a good neighbourhood with security outside and in the lobby. Close to the boardwalk, supermarkets and local parks. I would highly reccommend staying here, especially if visiting Santo Domingo for a week or longer!

10 day stay with my Husband and kids couldn’t asked for a better place, located in a good area with a lot of nearby great locations from restaurants entertainment shopping etc… As far as the place very clean, great atmosphere. Felt like home. the host very attentive all I have to say is Thank you! Planing to come back this year and hoping is available to rent it again, Love the place!

Quiero agradecerles nuevamente por su excelente hospitalidad. Esta fue mi segunda vez quedándome en su Airbnb, y la experiencia fue igual de buena (o incluso mejor) que la primera. Me encanta lo cómodo, limpio y bien cuidado que está todo, y se nota el cariño que le ponen a cada detalle. Ya me siento como en casa cada vez que voy. Sin duda seguiré eligiéndolos cada vez que regrese por la zona. ¡Gracias por todo!

Great place to stay. Very clean, organized home converted into a boutique hotel/airbnb. Easy instructions. Nice area of santo domingo. I would absolutely stay here again, strongly recommended.

I can only say this place is way bigger than the photos suggest and can confortably fit a party of 10. We were 3 adults and 2 children and there was a room we didn't need. The house is well equiped and in a quiet neighbourhood which trust me is really hard to find in Santo Domingo! I loved the place and will definitely be staying again! Host is super responsive and there is so much to do in the house, gym, pool and a very handy games room for the kids!

Beautiful place. Very clean. The pool is great. The only thing is that there is a place nearby that plays very loud music so it made some days difficult to work

Mi estadía fue corta pero, me encantó quedarme aquí, las atenciones del anfitrión fueron excelentes; desde un inicio la comunicación fue muy buena; tenía rápidas respuestas de su parte lo cual considero muy importante al momento de rentar el Airbnb. Las fotos no le hacen justicia al apartamento; lo cual exhorto a que lo tomen en consideración para que su estadía sea satisfactoria. La zona donde se encuentra es tranquila y segura. Me hubiese encantado quedarme más tiempo pero, está en mi lista de Airbnb que volvería a visitar. ¡Este lugar es recomendadisimo!
