We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

I had an amazing stay. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

sobrng ng enjoy kami sa pag stay ng 18 days,feels like nasa sariling bahay,worth it po ang rent namin,mabait at responsive si sir mel at si sir carlo,nung nasira yung remote ng tv pinalitan nila agad ng bagong malaking TV right away,tahimik din po ang lugar peaceful,malinis ang buong bahay..what you see is what you get sa mga photos nila..maraming maraming salamat po sir mel at sir Carlo, ng enjoy po kami at mukhang babalik po ulit kami sa susunod.. highly recommend po ang place nila!!🙂🙂🙂

Just as most of the reviews, this place really is a gem in the metro. My friends and I had a wonderful stay, chilling with each other, and the place really entices conversations between its visitors. The host and the caretaker are so hospitable and assistive to us, made clear instructions and made sure we had what we needed. Thanks again! Definitely a reco!

We had a great stay! The place is spacious, very comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The host was super accommodating and made everything easy for us. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Very good for family or barkada bonding. The place is very spacious, no other houses nearby, ok to be a bit noisy. It was drizzling the entire weekend we we came, so the weather was really cool and the pool water was very cold. No heaters in the bathrooms which is understandable; and water pressure is not so strong so dont expect that showers will work (there are pails and dippers anyway), but the toilets work ok. The caretakers' house is nearby so expect a few people passing by every now and then. Kitchen and dining areas are spacious, complete and clean. No need for aircon, although maybe need to check during the intense summer months. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, no complaints from our side.

Appreciate the host's quick response and clear instructions. The unit is located inside a gated subdivision so guests have privacy and security. This is my second time booking the place!

The place was nice and clean. It is a comfortable stay for the four of us. We enjoyed the netflix and free pool access. The kitchen are nice with complete utensils to use from cooking to eating utensils. Although there are drain fly larvae found on the shower area, it is manageable. Hope they can add additional blanket and entertainment materials like boardgames, cards and karaoke. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here— it felt very homey and comfortable. The location was perfect; I loved being able to walk to all the places I needed to go in BGC. Ms. Danielle was incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything so much easier whenever I had a question. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area!

Marigold was incredibly kind and accommodating. She allowed us to add 5 extra guests for only 2k for 3 days and 2 nights—such a great deal! The caretaker was very approachable, helpful, and easy to contact throughout our stay. The place itself is spacious, peaceful, and well-maintained, making it perfect for relaxation. What we loved most was the cozy ambiance. Plus, the location is convenient—there are nearby stores like Dali Grocery, Puregold, and 7-Eleven, all within walking distance, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive to all our questions and incredibly helpful throughout. The place was spacious, squeaky clean, and exceeded our expectations despite being a new listing. It was well-equipped with a complete set of kitchen utensils and cookware, including a rice cooker, kettle, frying pan, pot, and more. They also provided dishwashing soap and basic toiletries like towels, dental kits, shampoo, and soap. Additionally, its location is very convenient since it is near 7-Eleven and Uncle John’s, where you can easily buy emergency needs like water and other essentials. Booked this unit at Balmoral Place for a convention in SMX, 10-min walk with the option to pass through MAAX bridgeways to get out of the sun. 7-11 right next door. Flexible and easy check in. Great water pressure, heater, bidet, shampoo, body wash, dish soap, towels, indoor slippers, bottle water, coffee sachets, closet with hangers and iron, dryer and quick internet connection. Will definitely book here again and try the pool next time.

Great stay on an excellent location

My family and I had so much great time with the place. They had everything that I am expecting from an airbnb. The host and her family were very nice, and very accommodating, the place is so clean and I loved those decorations that they made and that booklet was very helpful as it has the massage I am looking for, and I was able to book a home service massage from their trusted massage therapist, which was the best massage I had so far. This is the place I would like to visit again and would recommend to others.

My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

I would highly recommend this place especially to those who have pets as they can freely roam the yard and have fun as well. The place also has a lot of restaurants that you can order from, and is also near malls. We had fun as well, thank you.

Beautiful modern townhome on main thouroghfare. Best greeting ever for guests with fresh bread and fruits and personalized signage on the table. got used to the neighbors dog barking every morning and the traffic wasn't that noticeable at night. Private shared parking behind automatic gate was nice, super close to nightlife in poblacion.

The place was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing staycation. Miss Cham was an outstanding host, always quick to respond, went above and beyond in hospitality. Had such a great stay. 🫶

Had a perfect weekend at Kirei House — a relaxing haven right in the heart of the city. I loved the aesthetic and thoughtful design. Check-in was seamless, and the place had everything we needed — from toothbrushes and slippers to a hairdryer and even a steam iron. Siri and Toti are fantastic hosts — super responsive and know the good restaurants and cafes nearby if you're not sure where to go. Staying in was hard to resist tho, so we decided to cook on our 2nd day instead of eating out. To our surprise, the kitchen had everything we needed too. We didn’t get a chance to use the building amenities, but the pool looked great, and there was a parking space available as well. I guess the only downside is that I don’t actually live here lol. Will definitely book again and recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you, Kirei House!

We had a problem with our initial booking at another place. Thankfully, Eds was willing to accommodate us even an hour before check in. Eds was very proactive with our stay. Always a text away should we have any problem with the place (very minimal, btw). Place has a home-y feel. Very relaxing. Location is also very convenient as it is near restaurants and a grocery store next door. We had a wonderful time (my dog, especially). Will definitely be back soon!
