Walking upstairs to the apartment, guests will be in awe of the panoramic views of the St Lawrence River through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need for cooking and entertaining. The apartment has in-floor heating and AC throughout. Guests will enjoy a private waterfront backyard with a BBQ, fire pit and dock. Boat docking is sometimes possible to accommodate upon request.

Our house is in town and close to diners, restaurants, library, the airport, golf course, parks, the Eisenhower locks, and for adults who enjoy gaming and/or bingo the Akwesasna Mohawk Casino Resort is 15 minutes down the road. Summer offers swimming, fishing tournaments and boating while winters have skiing, skating and snowmobiling. Our basement is finished and has a sitting area with a large screened TV. There is a bar, jukebox, table and booth set up, foos ball, and dart board.

Welcome to our cozy and stylish 2 to 3 bedroom basement apartment! Nestled in a quiet and charming neighborhood, our space offers a comfortable retreat for your stay in Cornwall. Our apartment provides all the amenities you need for a memorable and relaxing stay. Note that we are expecting a baby in March 2026 and we live upstairs. You may hear the baby’s cries.
