A very nice and quiet place with everything you need in a home. Closer to the municipal chief executive(M C E's) residence. We do not compromise on security and we have constant supply of electricity, Water heater, Air condition, incase of light out there will be a backup gencert from 6pm to 8am only, room size is 1.115 square metres.
