The apartment is spacious and comfortable with everythink you might need for your stay. The apartment is located on a farm 7 km from Borgarnes and 80 km from Reykjavik. The farm is 1 km from road nr 1. The view from the apartment and the surrounding area is very beutyfull. We have horses, chickens and dogs on the farm. The horses are very friendly and love attention. This is a very good spot to view the northern lights from late august-april if the sky is clear we can usually see them.

Private parking and nice roads from the high way(Road 1). Perfect for 2 guests but also with a nice sleeping sofa so it is possible to accommodate 4 guests. Lovely, little apartment on the seafront in a peaceful neighborhood a 15-minute drive from downtown Reykjavik. Perfect base near the highways to the primary tourist locations such as Thingvellir, Gullfoss, Geysir and the South Coast with the waterfalls, glaciers etc. Comfy one mattress bed (160x200cm=63x79in), tiny new bathroom, a kitchenette to make simple meals in the living room as well as a TV with Netflix. Nice apartment located 10 km from downtown Reykjavík with a free parking.. Swimming pool near by, grocery shops, gas station and good walking trails by the sea with a view over Viðey. Museum and galleries near by also. The apartment is on a fifth floor and in the building are 38 apartments with all kinds of neighbors so this is not a party house. I meet my guests to let them have the key.
