Loft @ Nine is a B&B styled studio room above our garage. Located in a quiet, residential area of Pukekohe & 3 mins drive to town, the room is perfect for a couple or single occupant. We do have a couple of dogs who like to greet guests in the morning with a bark but it doesn’t go on for long and not every morning

We are situated just 27km from the Dury off ramp and 2mins from the main shopping centre of Waiuku. BLACK BARN RETREAT is the perfect place to stay if you are coming out here for a Wedding, as we are close to all the Wedding Venues. You will have unlimited Wi-Fi, and Netflix. There is plenty of off street parking. We are on 1acre of land so neighbours are not a problem, it is very quiet.
