Our studio is situated in the peaceful suburb of Hospital Hill. Unfortunately the studio is not suitable for persons with fitness, mobility or serious health issues. Ahuriri , has great restaurants and small yacht harbour,and is within walking distance(1.2 km ) Napier is known for its culinary experiences, sporting facilities, wineries and Art Deco architecture. If you like cosy, a little bit quirky and waking up to birdsong, we would love to host you at our 102 year old home at 10 Burns.

Also the flat is reached by 30 steps down from the street. You are a short 10min walk from the cafes, restaurants & bars that Napier & Ahuriri have in abundance.

Our sleep out has been refurbished to a high standard with quality linens and locally made products. It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . There are no cooking facilities but a basic breakfast is provided.

Charles Street Haven

It is a one bedroom self-contained apartment with off street parking. Lounge with kitchenette, private outdoor area, and spacious bedroom. Continental breakfast provided. Quoted price includes cleaning fee. Very centrally located, 5 minutes walk to Westshore beach and rotary cycle way , 5 minutes drive from the airport, and 5 minutes drive to Ahuriri shops and restaurants. 10 minutes drive to Napier city centre.

We’re happy to offer basic breakfast supplies- cereal and toast, butter and jam and 150ml milk for your first tea and coffee.
