This is a great house for an extended stay in Butuan. A little out of the city center, but with a great place to eat at 'All Home' just outside the subdivision. Claire was super friendly and helpful. Very well furnished with lots of kitchen utensils and cookware as well as a supply cabinet full of essentials like trash bags, towels and toilet paper. we were expecting the yapping dogs next door, so it didn't bother us too much but be forwarded. compared to other places in the area, Butuan, this place is the best. Electric power is limited, so when the hot water heater is used, other appliances must be turned off. you must also call to schedule water delivery. like a home away from home. much appreciated 👍👍

Thank you Darl, You provided me with a clean and trouble free stay, even when I booked at short notice. As Darl goes on her Airbnb journey, I can confirm she is doing things the best way. This is a nice and very cheap stay, so it's not a hotel, but it's comfortable, cool and quiet. As in all province's in the Philippines, there are dogs and Chickens about, but no issue for me. Anneffer is very good to deal with, friendly and responsive. The house is very clean, tidy and has everything you need. There is a tricycle that comes by between 7 and 7:30am to sell drinking water. 25 PHP per bottle (water dispenser size). if you don't have a bottle to exchange, they charge 160php. I left the extra bottle there, so hopefully Anneffer will leave it in the house for the next guest. That way, you don't have to exhaust the existing bottle before you exchange for a refill. This is a gated community and the guards are always friendly. They check everyone that comes into the compound, so I felt very safe. I can't say enough about Anneffer and the house. I highly recommend staying here. The only caveat is you likely need to have own transportation because it's far from the main road and not really walkable to anywhere. Taxi is an option too. The host was exceptional, friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Little touches, like fresh linens and a warm welcome, made a big difference. April and I truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Butuan City. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

This place is absolutely value for money. The host could not have been more helpful and communicative. The place is a very cute little house with lovely views of the jungle mountain tops, which are amazing when the mist surrounds the peaks. Extremely close to the centre of San Francisco. Pleasure to stay.

Le but de mon voyage était de ma marier avec ma compagne et de pouvoir accueillir ma belle famille pour la cérémonie. Cette location m'a permis de vivre en bord de mer et au pied de la montagne. J'ai vécu en immersion totale avec et comme les citoyens du pays que je visitais pour la troisième fois. Cette location m'a permis de retrouver les vraies valeurs de la vie. Le logement était pour ma belle famille et moi parfait par rapport à nos recherches. Si vous voyager pour connaître vraiment la région que vous visitez et que vous ne cherchez pas à transporter votre manière de vivre à l'étranger, n'hésitez pas prenez sans hésiter ce logement. Un grand merci à l'hôte, qui nous a reçu comme des rois et qui nous a suivi et conseiller tout au long de notre séjour. Nous nous sommes toujours senti en sécurité dans l'endroit.
