Le logement était tel que dans l'annonce. Résidence calme et sécurisée. Les voisins charmant et convivial. Tout était parfait, il ne manquait rien et le jacuzzi sur le le toit terrasse en met plein la vue 🤩. Un hôte très réactif et sympathique. Nous avons passé 10 jours et nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Nous avons été conseillé par Carol pour nous rendre aux café des amis à Aguadulce et vraiment je recommande +++ Un grand merci pour ce séjour et votre accueil.

Ha sido una estancia fantástica, el apartamento estaba impecable, con todo lo necesario. Está muy cerca de la playa, las vistas desde la terraza son increíbles con el mar de fondo. Las instalaciones son excelentes. Vanessa ha sido una anfitriona excelente muy amable y pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesitara.

La Maria és encantadora i molt atenta en tot moment. no hi ha pàrquing al davant pero buscant en trobes. L apartament és agradable es dorm molt bé, i està molt aprop de la platja amb el nostre gosset ha estat fantàstic!! Moltes gràcies Maria fins aviat!!

On remercie Maria pour tout ! Le logement est vraiment très chouette, il est propre, très bien placé, spacieux, proche de la mer, et en plus, il y a la piscine ! Maria a toujours été très disponible pour répondre à nos questions, nous recommander des lieux, et des restaurants ! On est ravis de notre séjour chez elle, on recommande les yeux fermés !

Five stars. Beautiful and huge home. We loved enjoying the view from the roof deck. Only one minor downside was that only four towels (one towel per guest) were provided so we needed to do laundry to have beach towels. Also be aware that trash can only be taken out at night so you will need to carry out any trash you generate on your last morning. Still great stay, would visit again and bring our own towels

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem 2 jährigen Kind. Wohnung ist größer als sie auf den Bildern wirkt. Tolle Terrasse auf der man meist windgeschützt den Meerblick genießen konnte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excepcional alojamiento para ir con amigos y niños. Dispone de todo para cocinar (plancha, barbacoa, rosco, tiradores de cerveza, amplia cocina…) y además si te gusta el pádel o vas con niños dispones de una pista de pádel y tenis en un estado aceptable para pasar el rato. La piscina se encuentra rodeada de césped con sombrillas y zona para comer. Repetiría sin duda.

El apartamento es muy acogedor y nos ha sorprendido. Julián siempre estuvo atento y servicial en todo momento. Lo recomiendo.

una estancia estupenda, un alojamiento tranquilo y privado, muy acogedor y completo, y un anfitrión atento y con muchas fácil, muy recomendable el sitio y muy recomendable la zona para pasar unos días en Aguadulce y en Almería en general

This compound is fabulous for a large group stay. We made great use of the large kitchen and outdoor cooking and dining. The cooling pool is greatly appreciated. Highly recommended!

From start to finish our stay here was perfect. Our host Carlos was always very quick to answer any questions and Carmen who met us at the property was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The house had everything we needed and is a beautiful home for our family and 2 dogs. The pool was available to use, and its is just a moment walk to the beach and several beach front bars. We have travelled around Spain a lot and always use AirBnB´s. This is one of the best we have booked! We would definitely return here if we visited the area again. Thanks again to Carlos and Carmen for beings so welcoming.

Gute, ruhige Unterkunft 40 Meter vom mehr entfernt. Am Rande von Aguadulce. toll auch zum joggen am Strand.

El alojamiento está en una buena zona de Almería, a 15 min de las playas del cabo de Gata y a 15 min de Almería centro. Fidel a estado pendiente en cada momento y nos ha dado indicaciones de dónde comer, muy recomendable. La casa es genial para 7 personas que éramos, y las zonas comunes geniales, piscina, pádel,.. Cabe destacar también, que está en una urbanización cerrada, con zonas verdes y peatonal. Para repetir!!!

La casa de José es exactamente lo que ofrece en el anuncio, un pisito pequeño pero acogedor y muy cómodo, en un entorno tranquilo, a pocos metros de la playa y en una urbanización comodísima, con piscina, pistas de pádel, pradera y al lado de un paseo marítimo precioso. A muy pocos minutos en coche del resto de playas, todas preciosas. Sin duda repetiríamos.

We were very happy with the apartment, it was very functional, large, plenty of light, nice bathrooms with great showers, we had everything we needed and the terrace with direct sea view was just amazing! The position of the apartment was also excellent, just a few steps from the beach and conveniently reached by car. There was a bit of noise coming from the neighbors (loud TV on same wall with bedroom) and also the smell of cooking came through the bathroom ventilation when neighbors were cooking. This is not something Salva can control, so I didn't take it as a direct negative point for his beautiful apartment, plus he is already putting solutions in place for these issue :) Salva is a great host, he met us directly for check in, he was very responsive for an issue we had with the coffee machine (he brought us a new one!), and we had a great time here in beautiful Aguadulce.

First the bad-there is major construction happening on the street in front of the building. The road will be fantastic when completed but for now it is loud and dirty outside. Now the good- the place was spotless! Great size, incredible showers, nice bed, amazing balcony and well provided kitchen. Location was perfect with grocery, shopping and restaurants and bars close by. Blackout shutters were clutch. The pictures dont represent how nice the place really is. We were there for the power outage and made it through. The water was shut off to the building during that time and communication was minimal. It would have been nice to have a front desk staff.
