Muy cómodo el apartamento y zona excelente.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem 2 jährigen Kind. Wohnung ist größer als sie auf den Bildern wirkt. Tolle Terrasse auf der man meist windgeschützt den Meerblick genießen konnte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fabulous roomy apartment, it had everything that we could possibly need. Everywhere was spotless & the bed was super comfy too! Having two bathrooms was a bonus as was a washing machine. Great walk into town where many historic sites can be found. Would totally recommend this place as Pilar & Lien were very attentive with suggestions & support.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand – besser geht es wirklich nicht. Auch die Parksituation war perfekt, es gab direkt vor der Tür genügend Parkplätze. Die Lage ist traumhaft, die Wohnung war super sauber und es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht – und sogar noch mehr! Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Sehr gute Lage, direkt am Strand mit Blick auf die Palmen. Vor dem Haus sind viele kostenlose Parkplätze und man ist gut angebunden. Schöne moderne Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Toller Urlaub.

Het is een ontzettend fijn verblijf waar je met het dakterras en voortuin heerlijk in de zon en schaduw kan zitten. Alle benodigde voorzieningen in huis zijn aanwezig en schoon, daarbij zijn de leuke boekjes en speelgoed voor kinderen echt een hit, top! De locatie is heerlijk rustig, en heeft ook leuke restaurantjes en tapasbarren op een steenworp afstand. Lucrecia heeft een heel fijn huis en is ook heel fijn in het contact, en reageert bijna direct. Heerlijk genoten!

Alojamiento cómodo, bien ubicado, cumplió con nuestra expectativas. Los anfitriones muy atentos y comunicativos, estuvimos muy agusto.

Appartement conforme a l annonce. Très bien situé. Nous étions deux , mais il y a la place pour cinq. Tout y est comme chez nous. Avec une place de parking sous terrain. Carolina, qui a acceuil est adorable. Quartier très calme. Je recommande sans hésitation.

La verdad, el piso ha estado mil veces mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos, la anfitriona te deja bastantes útiles para el día a día, toallas, mantas y todas las comodidades… Debido al apagón sufrido en España este lunes, en principio mi pareja y yo nos íbamos el martes de vuelta a Madrid, sin embargo, nos cancelaron el tren y Rosa, la anfitriona tuvo bastante comprensión y nos dejó quedarnos una noche más y sin pagar nada extra… no se que hubiéramos hecho sino. En conclusión, ha sido de los mejores sitios en los que hemos estado para pasar un par de días y desconectar, la zona muy tranquila y nos lo hemos pasado súper bien, si vuelvo a Almería, sin dudarlo repetiría en el mismo airbnb. Saludos!!

Todo perfecto. Anfitrión top. Tubo un detalle con nuestro hijo de 4 años que le encantó. El apartamento super limpio y muy bien equipado. En resumen todo un 10.

Un departamento precioso e impecable, con una vista privilegiada. El baño excelente y el lavarropas una maravilla. Solo agregaría dos sillas para comer más cómodos en la mesa.

We were very happy with the apartment, it was very functional, large, plenty of light, nice bathrooms with great showers, we had everything we needed and the terrace with direct sea view was just amazing! The position of the apartment was also excellent, just a few steps from the beach and conveniently reached by car. There was a bit of noise coming from the neighbors (loud TV on same wall with bedroom) and also the smell of cooking came through the bathroom ventilation when neighbors were cooking. This is not something Salva can control, so I didn't take it as a direct negative point for his beautiful apartment, plus he is already putting solutions in place for these issue :) Salva is a great host, he met us directly for check in, he was very responsive for an issue we had with the coffee machine (he brought us a new one!), and we had a great time here in beautiful Aguadulce.

El alojamiento estaba en perfecto estado de limpieza y la relación con el anfitrión ha sido correcta y cordial.

El dueño muy amable siempre pendiente de todo. La casa igual que en las fotos espacioso cómodo y bonito no tengo ninguna queja nos encantó. También está muy cerca de la playa, la playa está detrás de la urbanización literal. También puedes salir andando para un boulevard donde hay varios restaurantes, muy cómodo, también está a uno 2in de Almería y cerca de cabo de gata y sus pueblos a unos 30-40min nos pareció genial la ubicación recomendada. Der Check-in und Check-out war sehr einfach, freundlich. Die Nähe zum Meer ist toll. Der kleine Pool war auch im Oktober angenehm warm.

Todo genial :-) muy comunicativa y amable. Responde muy rapido. La zona es de 10 y el alojamiento pequeñito pero para nosotros bien, frente al paseo y la piscina es lo mejor. Muy grande , urbanizacion muy cuidada y muy tranquila para ir en familia.

Espectacular! Como en las fotos, ubicación y vistas increíbles. Funcionaba todos los servicios que anuncia(micro, horno, aires acondicionados, TV, etc.) Sitio para relajarse y disfrutar de playa y del ocio por las inmediaciones. Accesos fáciles y cómodos. Recepción y salida con instrucciones claras y trato recibido excelente.... Si puedo en un futuro próximo me gustaría repetir. Gracias Raúl y su padre

We had a great time, the energy in the house was pleasant, the house was clean and the kitchen fully equipped, the recommendations from the hostess were perfect. Thank you very much for the stay and the hospitality, we highly recommend it

Hemos tenido una experiencia excelente en la casa de Mario. La casa tiene hasta el último detalle y está literalmente a pie de playa. Es precioso levantarte y escuchar las olas. Fuimos con mis padres y mi bebé de 8 meses y Mario trajo todo lo necesario para que mi bebé estuviera perfecto, trajo trona y cuna. ¡No nos faltó de nada! Mario está pendiente en caso que tengas cualquier duda o problema. En este lugar te aseguras una súper estancia. Nosotros repetiremos en el futuro.

Spotless, great location, early check in, a cot set up for my baby (with a baby toy bought for him) comfortable beds, great air con, a 5 star stay. I will stay again - perfect !

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr schönes, großes Apartment mit tollem Blick. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

muy lindo y cómodo departamento a estrenar tiene de todo, para conseguir estacionamiento, costaba un poco, sobre todo de noche, pero no más de 300 a 500 mts.
