Είστε στο κέντρο και στην παραλία του Αγ. Γεωργίου σε 5 min με ποδήλατο, σκούτερ ή αυτοκίνητο. Σε 12 min (με όχημα) είστε στις παραλίες Αγ. Προκοπίου & Αγ. Άννας. Due to the Corona Virus pandemic our main aim is the health and safety of our guests. For that reason, as hosts we have attending on an 8-hour seminar in order to be prepared and informed about the measures to offer the safer accommodation to our guests. The house is spread over 3 floors with the total of 140sq.m. There are outdoor terraces on 2 different levels with excellent sea view. And also there is a close parking area.

Το διαμέρισμα Αρμενιστής βρίσκεται στη Νάουσα με πολύ ωραία θέα στη θάλασσα,μόλις λίγα μέτρα πιο κάτω βρίσκεται η υπέροχη παραλία Πιπέρι.Η Νάουσα όπου βρίσκεται και το διαμέρισμα είναι ένα πολύ γραφικό χωριό με το υπέροχο λιμανάκι της και το ενετικό κάστρο.Μόλις λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια από το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεστε στο κέντρο της Νάουσας όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε καλό φαγητό,νυχτερινή ζωή αλλά και τα ψώνια σας στα εμπορικά καταστήματα του χωριού.

Villa Katerina is a double floor house 62sq.At the first floor there is one living room with kitchen and two single beds .at the second floor there is one bedroom and one big bathroom.There is one big yard 100sq two balconies.The house has amazing sea view from all the floors .It can accommodate up to 4 persons.Also we have barque and hammock.The distance from the sea is 200 meters and the beaches is Placa beach Orkos beach and Mikrivigla Beach
