Villa Agapitos

A brand new house in the perfect location and with the best view to the sea. Literally beside the sea looking at the sunset and be able to accomodate up to 10 people absolutely comfortably and make your holidays unforgetable. In front of the house there is a beautifull bay unique for fast dive. Less than half a mile there is one of the best beaches ever... Agios (saint) Prokopios. The town and the port are about 4 minutes driving and the airport less than 2.

Naxian Album VILLA KLEIO in Naxos, private pool

Ανεξάρτητη Βίλα με μοναδική θέα και καταπληκτικό ηλιοβασίλεμα από τον χώρο της πισίνας και από τα μπαλκόνια της. Αποτελείται από 3 χτιστά υπέρδιπλα κρεβάτια με 3 μπάνια. Στο μάστερ υπνοδωμάτιο του α ορόφου το μπάνιο είναι εσωτερικό. Η θέση της είναι τέτοια που δεν έρχεστε σε επαφή με γείτονες, επίσης λόγο corvid-19, εάν το θελήσετε, δεν μπαίνει καθαρίστρια για όλη την διάρκεια της διαμονής καθώς επίσης και η άφιξη γίνεται χωρίς παρουσία ιδιοκτήτη.

Our Villa is 122 sq, has two floors, 4 balconies, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living room.It is a brand new facility, as 2019 is the first year of its operation! *It is just a breath away (less than 150m or a 3-minute walk) from the island's most popular beach, Agios Prokopios. *It is fully furnished and includes refined amenities. *Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and the bus and taxi station are within less than a 3-minute walk.
